....as far as I can see no.Is there a you which is differentiated from the brain?
I find it quite overwhelming in many ways. But it is true. Are you liberated?
What is true?I find it quite overwhelming in many ways. But it is true.
'Free'? I some ways, some times.
What do you mean?'Liberated' but not in a way I thought I would be!!!

It is true that everything is created inside your brain. I have now see that, for real. Is there an 'I' a 'self'? Only that your brain has created.

What is true?
In answering your question "am I liberated' I googled the definition of 'liberation', t came up with freedom. So am I free now I have seen the truth? "In someways" is my answer to that!'Free'? I some ways, some times.
What does it mean?
Again you asked "are you liberated". I am assuming you mean liberation from the believe that "I" exists? I suppose I feel I have seen something but I do feel all that different.'Liberated' but not in a way I thought I would be!!!
What do you mean?
In what ways are you free and in what are you not?In answering your question "am I liberated' I googled the definition of 'liberation', t came up with freedom. So am I free now I have seen the truth? "In someways" is my answer to that!
What do you mean you have seen 'something'? Is it now gone? Is it stable?Again you asked "are you liberated". I am assuming you mean liberation from the believe that "I" exists? I suppose I feel I have seen something but I do feel all that different.
I am free because...my thoughts are just a process of brain activity. They are not controlled. Knowing this, and that there is no one there, as it were, makes it easier to not get swept in to a mental conversation with 'I' about 'I'.In what ways are you free and in what are you not?
I suppose I have actually seen nothing. Stripping things away, peeling back the layers I saw that there was no 'I' really there in control or doing things to make this body and mind work. I have seen myself for what I really am. What I have seen (or not seen) has not gone, it is a truth I will not be able to unsee. But sometimes I get swept along with my mind in a kind of unconscious state. What do you mean you have seen 'something'? Is it now gone? Is it stable?
No. But I thought this seeing would change something.Do you think that you need to feel different in order to become liberated?
Seeing that no one controlls brain activity,I am not free because...this is not my default mode. The brain still talks in my voice about this person it tells me is me. It is not easy to maintain clarity all of the time.
No you are right there is no one to free.Does it really make you not free?
Is there anyone there that can be free or not, depending on some brain activity that in uncontrolled anyway?
Does the brain activity has to stop, in order for something to be right? In order for you to become liberated? Please take a deep look at this.
There is no freedom as such, it's just that when it is possible to let thoughts swish on past, or just be, this feels like freedom from something. Like the something that used to control my every action.Seeing that no one controlls brain activity,
Does it really make you not free?
Yes I see this. Can you SEE, that THIS is what it IS, and there's nothing that have to be changed?
Sure you're gonna have some chatter; But keep in mind that what's in your head is isolated and is separate from this realm...Kinda like when watching a movie; It's easy to get caught up in the movie BUT when it's over and you step away, the centering and foundation of awakening is "The Now".my brain started verbalising that I should have been keeping your words in my mind more today. Like telling me off. Obviously knowing that brains do that, I can kinda stop that thought mid flow and bring my attention back to the moment.
Oh Ya! the mind can and will be cruel in getting your attention...This is on going post gate, but with practice and conditioning/aftercare These "Velcro" thoughts will subside and in turn (with time) can be dismissed all together with work...Again you MUST be truthful with yourself in "ALL" these area's that "pop up" and each individual is different. Some thoughts that have gone unaddressed now will eventually pop up. Yet knowing the truth, and performing the work mentally or through autolosis (writing it down, and using the truth and or "reality" to break it down.) can also help...So, the mind or brain can fire some pretty brutal things, sometimes this can lead to a battle in the brain or words which in turn influence your mood/emotion/physical being etc. Sometimes this is unavoidable, or uncontrollable.
