“What's the something else that is indefinable? If it's indefinable, how do you know it exists?”

Revisit - look closely - just the seen - made me laugh!
Hahahah, dirty trickster the mind is.

Drop me an email at 27leetyler@gmail.com so we can schedule. I think I'll be off work next Wednesday.

Hey Tyler - sweet to hear from you!
At this moment I’m fine. The past three weeks have been powerfully uncomfortable - the exposure of deeply buried personality traits/habits - a quantum shake up! But despite the discomfort, the shaking feels completely right, and I’m glad for it.
So all in all good, though there have been a fair few tears shed in the process.
Interesting how replying to your text makes me look at things - describing the movie of the recent past to make some sense of it!
Ah Tyler, what a life this is..
A smile, and greetings to you (:

Great to hear from you too :)

Hahah, the tears are quite sweet though, aren't they?

Some people I've been working with really enjoy this practice (or non-practice). Give it a try:
Gaze at the sky. Gaze until the labels drop. Don't focus on anything in particular. There's so much intricacy and beauty all the time that we don't see because we just see "sky". When you get more used to relaxed gazing, it becomes much easier and more pleasurable, and you can apply it not just to the sky but any time you want. You can try it with bathroom floor tiles too, those can be quite remarkable.

There's no goal with this. Just enjoy the sky :)
