Hi Frik,
an illusionary explanation for the discomfort in my body.
This has come up a few times, lets look at this discomfort.

Where is this discomfort in the body, is it all over or in a particular place, the abdomen or the chest, or neck?
Can you describe this discomfort in physical Direct Experience ie. a tightness or heat or cold, contracting?
Is this discomfort constant or is it intermittent?
What is sensed in this discomfort?

Sit quitely for 10 mins, close the eyes and relax into the body, ask yourself what is experiencing this discomfort?
As soon as you ask the question wait and don't look for an answer, just see what comes up.

In the first instance after you ask the question there will be a silence before the mind starts thinking, this silence is where you will find the truth, sit in this for as long as you can and see what comes up or doesn't come up.

You can repeat the question to help you relax back into that silence.

Please answer these questions again after this 10 minutes sitting.

During the day Investigate both pleasant and unpleasant experiences in the body. To see if there is anyone present they belong to, or anyone that they are about. report what you find

They are not about anyone and they belong to no one.

Thank you

Hi Frik,
Lets look at the body, and see what can come up for you.
Find “me” in the body

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie.
Take in a few deep breaths to settle the dust and then relax for a bit.
Spend only 30 to 60 seconds on each component of this exercise.
Bring your awareness to your entire body - sense it fully, head to toe.
Run your hands down over your torso. Feel the solidity of it.
Now bring your awareness to your feet. Again, feel them. Move them a bit. Then bring your awareness to your hands. Open and close them.
Bring your awareness to your face - all of it. Touch it with your hand.
Now point your index finger to where "Frik" is located.
Touch the exact location of "Frik".
Answer these questions:
Were you able to find and feel "Frik" in a direct way like the other parts of your body?
Where is it?
What did you find? Something? Anything? Nothing?
What sensations did you feel in your body that identified "Frik” (If any). Tell me what you experienced and found, by way of direct experience.

Hi Frik,
Tell me what you experienced and found, by way of direct experience.

Without thought, sensations arise and fall away without any story connected to "Frik".
Now, is there a clear ability for the experiencing of thought to be seen as stories that don't have any reality to them, are they recognized as an illusion?.
Are body sensations Directly Experienced?
Is it clear that emotions (Anger Frustration hatred Doubt etc) arise from body sensations + thought stories and are equally illusive? ( if this is unclear, then take thought out of the equation of the emotion and what do you get)

Take 5 mins and sit in a quite place, eyes closed, relax into the body. Observe the sensations.
Ask what is my next thought?
Wait for the answer and in this space between the question and the answer, what is there? repeat as often as possible please.

If you have any questions about the meetings just ask.
They are experienced guides at the meeting that are attending to questions from clients which are waiting to get a guide from LU or those that want a more connected interaction along with the written dialogues.
A very informal zone where you can feel relaxed and is additional to our dialogue.

Hi Frik,
My body is experiencing an almost burning sensation on the skin.
This sounds serious, Is there a possible medical condition that needs attending to?

This body sensation you described does sound very amplified, would it be possible to say more about this experience?
