Reflecting on it again, calling it a body sensation may not be right. That's just a label again. We can call it sensation, which is a better label.

Missed that, sorry!
All emotions are simply Sensation plus what?
Sensation plus made up thoughts and labels.
There is no frustration or any noticeable emotion right now. Will try and see the sensation, thought and label corresponding to it when it comes up.
Thanks.

Yes, good.
Can you say 100% that there is no separate self anywhere and never has been?
How does it FEEL to see this?

There is no self outside of what is seen, felt, thought etc. What is seen, felt, thought etc. are not self either. If this is all that we mean by saying there is no separate self, yes, there is no separate self and never has been.
I must qualify though, there is still the appearance and behavior of a separate person, which is made up of what is seen, felt, thought etc. There are still behaviors such as feeling "I" am talking to people, sometimes thinking that "They're not doing the right thing to me" etc. But I see even these are automatic and not self, although that is sometimes not immediately seen in the heat of the moment.
Is this all that we mean by seeing no separate self Stacy? Isn't there a proper marker to this? Out of body experiences, feeling like Consciousness or something?
How does it FEEL to see this?
There isn't anything significantly different in what is felt here. I'm relaxed at the moment, things are pretty ordinary.
Thanks.

Most likely then, you are only thinking there is no self and not seeing.
This is the only pointer Ilona gave me when I was guided here. i practiced this for about 3 months. I call it:
ButtChair
Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
It is simple direct & nonverbal. Just LOOK.
Then write what is true.

Oh I really thought this was it. Could you please let me know what is missing Stacy? Only if that wouldn't be counterproductive to the exercise, of course. I'll keep practicing that exercise. Thanks.

Self if exists only in thoughts.
We do not care what you think. We want to know what you SEE. LOOK.
This is not about right answers.
I gave you butt chair to help with LOOKING.

Have you read Gateless Gatecrashers? You can download it from this site. That might help. Read to see where the shift happens.

If I turn my head to the left, I see the left side of butt touching the chair.
If I turn my head to the right, I see the right side of butt touching the chair.
If I twist my head around (I'm flexible), I see the back side of the butt touching the chair.
I can't see the bottom side of the butt touching the chair. That's just not in visual experience.
You're specifically talking about the last case right? This is what you mean by LOOK right?
Have you read Gateless Gatecrashers? You can download it from this site. That might help. Read to see where the shift happens.
I did read it some time back. Felt it was very very clear at some point. As you might have heard a 1000 times, lost it after a week. Will go through it again and see what clicks. Thanks.

Okay. Then practice Buttchair and keep reporting on what is seen Especially, let me know when you have a shift in how you FEEL when you look.
Read Gatecrashers to see when the client has this shift.

Sure, thanks. Will do this.
Did the Buttchair practice today. Kept looking at where they meet. Feeling quite relaxed and absorbed into the visual experience. Feeling absorbed into the visual experience of the buttchair, followed by questioning "are they separate", followed by sensations where they meet, followed by mental images of where they meet, followed by back to visual experience... This goes on.
Will keep at it. Thank you for your time and patience.

Good.
Let me know when you're 100% sure there is no seoarate "self" to be found & what this FEELS like.
You may notice a shift even when you're not practicing. I did.
