Hi John
These are the final questions. Ponder on each of them and elaborate on answers.
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Describe decision,
intention,
free will,
choice and control.
What makes things happen? How does it work? Give examples from experience.
What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?
Best wishes

Re: I’m ready for clarity!
Hello
1. There’s no self. Never was
2. It’s a belief in thought. Thought comes after action and tells a story of control and decision making
3. Feels great. Much freer. Lots of flow. Way less anxiety
4. Last push was around there being a doer which would then cause regret or blame. Seeing that there could be no doer and also looking at regret and seeing just thoughts unattached to sensations.
5. All of them are just thoughts. Which come and go bit aren’t anything
Things just happen. I’ve no idea how or what
I’m not responsible for anything. There is nobody here
6. I’m very grateful for your guidance. It helped that it was reliably there each day. The momentum and knowing exactly where to look was invaluable
There’s a joy to experience and when thoughts aren’t believed there’s just simple contentment
May we all be free
John

Hi John
Here is a question from a guide :
Can you give few more examples with more detail from the last days how it feels free/different?
Best for you

Re: I’m ready for clarity!
Hello!
Apologies for the slack response time
I’ve no radio on in the lorry. Things just flow along, thoughts, sounds, traffic, colours.
I’m much less irritated at home. There’s nobody there annoyance can attach to.
“Plans” get done regardless of the amount of thinking done. The amount of thinking about future plans has decreased significantly
Moment to moment there’s just trust that what happens happens and there’s nobody here to interfere with that
I’m enjoying the lightness.
I notice when I’m submerged in story and “I” pop out of it or rather the “I” pops and it’s back to simple happening.
Hope that helps
Keep up the good work!
And thanks again

Everything is easier. I don’t walk leaning forward mentally rushing anymore. I just do my work. Can you give few more examples with more detail from the last days how it feels free/different?
