What do you think it means?
It means at first it just is what it is, as it seen. Then it feels like you just found out something new and for some reason now the whole thing seems like it is different. But in the end it just ends up being exactly as it always has been without any addition or things on top. It is clear to see that it actually really just is what it is. Its like that middle part is the "I" trying to make a story or deeper meaning out of whats there, but the deepest truest meaning is just receiving reality as it is, unfiltered.
Also, what/who deconstructs beliefs? Are you doing the deconstructing or it happens on its own effortlessly?
When the question is asked the deconstructing happens on its own, because the Only way to answer these things is truthfully, which means it has to be known in DE. No one deconstructs a belief, a belief just sort of falls apart upon closer inspection...or i guess a better way to say is in AE.
In order to deconstruct thoughts, there has to be someone outside of thoughts, who has volition and the ability to change them. So ‘deconstructing thoughts’ is about separation and a belief in an agency with free will. Are there beliefs to be deconstructed or only thinking? Are you the one doing the thinking? Can you control the thinking? Can you change the thinking? Can you deconstruct its content? Or is it all another story about the responsibilities of an "enlightened self"? What is in danger (i.e. not healthy)? To whom is this a problem?
There are no beliefs to be deconstructed, in AE there is only thinking. In thinking there is nothing to deconstruct or nothing to do. No "I" is doing any thinking, only thinking. It can not be controlled. Okay this is what i'm seeing and maybe where i'm stuck...When thinking is happening it is a full and total experience. So, if i think of an orange ball then i think of a blue ball, there was no I or me involved in that process. each thought arose and was known on its own in AE, then after it just was dropped on its own.
So when i do inquiry or any other type of fun thinking, i can really see that in each moment there is no authority to the thinking, but then i wonder how are there thoughts? and you will say "is there thoughts or only thinking?" and i will say, obviously there is only thinking. but I keep wondering how i'm able to wonder and how i can think about my cat and then my fiance and then the Sea if there is no place for them so arise from. People say often you are not the clouds in the sky but the sky its self. the awareness in which the thoughts apear. but we talked about awareness in the beginning and broke that down pretty fast as a belief. So now i'm just seeing how there is only thinking in DE only Being in DE and whatever arises in DE is just that as it is. no story in-front behind or on top of it. reality just is as it is in DE. But there is still something that not making sense about thinking and how i can think for an hour about a fiction story i'm writing. So to the question can i control thinking and change thinking. I feel like no, because that makes sense right away when i ask and see whats true but then that answer doesn't really add up fully and then doesn't make complete sense, so then I also think yes.
Can you deconstruct its content? Or is it all another story about the responsibilities of an "enlightened self"? What is in danger (i.e. not healthy)? To whom is this a problem?
No I cannot deconstruct its content, I can inquire with questions but that only gets me so far, the best way to deconstruct beliefs is just to stop. Ya theres nothing in danger, because there is no thing that is in danger and no one for this to effect negatively in anyway. I already feel this and i can still clearly see this now.
Thirdly, is there such thing as “nothingness”? There is always THIS. How can THIS be nothing? Where can nothingness exist and how can it be experienced? Who experiences nothingness? What is a “world”?
Ya there IS only this, whatever it is, however its manifesting in the moment. Its not nothing, its this. I don't know how nothingness can exist because i dont think i have experienced that. i'm not sure who experiences it, maybe someone, i hear people on youtube say this and even friends say this. I don't know what a world is, i know what this moment is as it arises. But there probably is a world but i only see and sense some of it. But when i feel like this then i see myself getting into a solipsism view. where they say that the only world is the one being known in DE and nothing else is truly real. For example someone being killed on the other side of the world isn't really real. and i agree its not real in my DE but i don't know if i can say that that is totally not real.
I’m sure you’d agree that the "world" is a creation of language, and words are the building blocks that create the story about it, give THIS a meaning. Emptiness does not mean nothingness. Meaning isn’t meaningless but empty. There is a huge difference here. You have some Buddhist background so I’m sure you’ve heard “form is emptiness, emptiness is form”. 'Emptiness' is a pointer to mark a distinction between the way things appear to be and the way they actually are – the illusion. The illusion is that there are selves that are separate from the THIS / life / existence, and each isolated self is living their life in a world, which this assumed self is separate from. But in reality, there is only existence, whatever is happening right now. There are no parts, no fragments, there is only undivided existence / life / what IS/THIS. Reality is very simple. Once you see this, you will stop endlessly frustrating yourself by trying to figure out how things are. Just look, what is it that is separate from what is, and trying to figure out how things are and how things should be?
Yes i can see the simplicity that truly reality only is what it is when it is. i guess this answers my just above question, ill just look at what is in-front of me. I wont worry about what it means when people say that reality is an infinitely evolving fractal holon of gods mind, ill just look instead. Look and be with whatever is happening. That feels most natural. I think its my ego that just wants to figure out how things are and how things should be, its an amalgamation of story that wants more story to complete its story. but there is no completion, there just is.
Truth or reality is not an idea or a belief. It cannot be grasped by thoughts. It does not need and it is impossible to be understood by the intellect/thoughts. It is inconceivable, ungraspable. And yet, it can be directly experienced.
Is this clear? Or do you need more pointers?
I can see that. i don't think i need any more pointers, unless i do, i'm not sure.
