Hi Jstar. :) Sorry it took me long to reply.
Could you elaborate on this, using examples from your daily lives?
Best wishes,
Kento

HI Kento :)
Thanks and best regards
As I look any moment, while eating, walking etc. all I notice is sensations of sorts (comfortable and uncomfortable), thoughts, seeing, hearing etc. Thought labels a combination of them as something like 'eating' or 'walking' and comments about it - still thoughts. Seeing or sensing is the knowing of seeing/sensing in the moment - there is nothing inside or behind it when looked for. An object when looked at closely, is sensing, seeing, tasting etc. 'Body' when looked, is sensations, shapes, colors and so on - labelled by thought as a person 'me' or 'the other'. I cant find a separate something that does any of these as a 'me'. At the same time, every time, 'I am' or 'I exist' or 'being' is clear - it is not nothing, but something that 'is'. It cant be found separate from thinking, sensing, hearing, seeing... when looked. It does not need anything else to know. It cant be denied too. This is my day to day experience.Could you elaborate on this, using examples from your daily lives?
Thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :) How does it feel to know it? Do you feel like there has been any kind of
what you could call a shift of any kind?
Warm regards,
Kento

Hi Kento :)
Thanks and best regards
There were a couple of years of some sort of grieving/mourning/depression, shift in career, loss of possessions, disconnect from community etc. Some of them are still continuing. There is a feeling of restfulness, relief and gaining confidence now. Many contractions in the body being released, some insights on how suffering happens in day to day life, more courage to be honest/truthful, less reactivity, no specific goals for the future. How does it feel to know it? Do you feel like there has been any kind of
what you could call a shift of any kind?
Thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :)
Would you say you are crystal clear that there is no concrete subject (or doer, whatever it may be called)
as something separate from others? Also, please check that if there is no remainder of such feeling
as there being that "subject."
Warm wishes,
Kento

Re: To return home
Hi Kento
When noticed it is a feeling of located here, guided by a thought/thoughts - taking the body or its image to be 'me' separate from the world and others. When looked it is sensations in the body (face, chest and belly), images (of people, objects, situations) and thoughts (I am going, I am sitting, I want to talk to..., My parents ..) passing through.
Best regards,
