I still have some dificulties understand this "new baseline" It's can be something with language or it can be something else.

Can you please look at these questions?

Can you say without a doubt that there is no separate entity, separate from the rest of experience?


Can you say with 100% certainty that there has been a shift from an intellectual understanding of there being no separate self to an experiential recognition of it being a fact?

How does the shift itself felt?

Yes, there is no separation within the experience.

Can you say with 100% certainty that there has been a shift from an intellectual understanding of there being no separate self to an experiential recognition of it being a fact?

I've been pondering this question for a while. I think that the answer is probably yes there have been instances of experiential recognition. Would I be absolutely sure if there have been?
I have to interpret my experience to answer this question. And I don't see how can I trust my interpretation.

How does the shift itself felt?

The instances I think of as looking felt expansive, exhilarating, bright.
