To see this clearly let's look at WHEN is anything happening?


Can you experience anything that isn't the current moment?


In the current moment, can you be aware of more than one thought at a time?

Look closely at the current moment -- can you observe something separate from the current thougth that is trying to do something with that thought?

Can you find "mind" separate from thought?

Whatever is happening, it's all experienced now. Everything else is a story either about past or future.

No.

No, there is only a single thought at a time.

No, thoughts are just thoughts.

No, "mind" is also a thought.
