Do you mean that words come from the empty space in your room?
Do you experience that?

No its like they are coming from inside of me :)

Also, do words come from the chest?
Ok please dont think im being funny here cause im really not lol :) They are coming from my voice box, maybe thats why I was mistaking them as to coming from my chest.

The illusion is the separate self thinking that its a separate entity when infact all is one. From what ive read it starts at an early age, about 18 months when it gets given labels and takes them on to form the illusion of "I"

No. That's what someone said.
What is the "illusion," as you see it from your own experience?

The illusion is the separate self thinking that its a separate entity

Please observe and see if the separate self thinks.

I wanted to share something that happened today and see what you think :)

I was laying in a field with the sun shining and I realised that seeing and hearing was happening on its own without the interference of a separate self. It was just there whether "I" liked it or not. It was happening. I then realised that the separate self comes into play and gives labels and meaning to what is being seen, like "house" "car" "road" etc.. Giving the illusion that there is an "I" present. Im not sure if this is actually seeing or whether it was my mind that figured it out though :)

Yes Its thinking from ego.

What does it mean by "self thinking from ego?"
have you actually observed and seen it?

Would you elaborate by giving an example from your everyday life?

Where is this "separate self" that gives labels?
Could you catch the exact moment it created labels?

Sorry :) was is a daze yesterday :) I meant yes I think the separate self thinks... for instance a thought will come in and then the separate self will receive the thought and then think about it.
