there is not any me at all anywhere so not in any form and shape just the illusion of personal story ,drama ,call my personal life,need some identification,use the me to know about this persona movie.
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.
illusion because the separe self is not exist,even belived in separation,is not possible,the nature of life is clear about this,we look from our mind and little ego,just from simple tought ,and understand from where our separation start.
3) How does it feel to see this?
i fell very interesting,i was experience about sometingh ,beyond mind,in this moment i fell very normal,and clear ,coming tought,nice ,bad ,negative ,positive,i can see and the observer noted is the same no separation.even when i fell separate,there is presence beyond the separation,just life and accept,just human been,love
4) How would you describe it to somebody who is very interested, but has never heard about this illusion.
in same way we heard about this illusion,you fell that,sometingh is missing, fell you are home,and can't be aniwhere eccept at home,because life now ,at home.accept yourself,like you are now,interesting to live life,in clear vision,no separation,even the sensation of separation,u can go to see is illusion,so can see illusion around,and accept is illusion and go on to see clear and close,in very friendly way .
5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

1 non e' presente nessun io da nessuna parte e nessuna forma,si c'e' stato un io o meglio questa illusione ,in forma di pensiero e di credenza
2 inizia dopo la nascita,crescendo arriva questa illusione della separazione,senza saperlo ti trovi dentro,e' una forma di manipolazione di massa,infatti tutto viene orientato al mantenimento di un ego,me.prodotto da un semplice pensiero,una credenza radicata.si investono delle vite intere,sprecandole in questa illusione.funziona che per fortuna ,c'e la sensazione che manca qualcosa o comunque qualcosa non chiaro,quindi inizia la ricerca,un'altro giro un'altro giostra.c'e una possibilita' di vedere chiaramente oltre questa illusione,e' la natura che si risveglia come in primavera.
3 molto interessante le cose sono come prima,c'e un modo di vederle e sentirle diverso,forse partecipazione e distacco alla stesso tempo,le cose accadono,e non c'e un personaggio che dirige la storia,la storia la vita accade,e il personaggio ne fa parte,dentro la storia.

4 onesta' verso se stessi,volonta' di osservare,semplicemente quello che accade,lasciare andare le idee,su' quello che dovrebbe essere,ma non e'.accettazione che siamo semplicemente esseri umani.iniziare a guardare con occhi diversi ,quindi attentamente nel presente quello che vediamo e sentiamo,la completezza ,l'unita' delle cose.
