Hello Heidi,
Aha. Thanks for replying. Your answers to the big questions 3, 4, and 5 are brilliant! Well done.
I had only asked you; "Is there an "I" that eats"? so I thought you would get back to me more or less immediately so I was only letting you know that I would not be able to reply the next day, Tuesday.
Anyway, do you need any more guiding? It could be that you have clearly seen?
Do you feel that you have seen clearly now that there is no seperate self?
Have you got any areas of confusion or doubt at all?
It would also help if you describe how everyday life feels like now. Is it different from when you began the process? How is it going with family, friends and colleagues?
If it turns out the process is complete our conversation will be checked by Ilona or another senior guide and you will be invited to Aftercare 2017 and Unleashed which are forums where you can explore your new perspective.
If there are any doubts or areas of confusion then I am sure we can work through them without too much confusion!
It would be such a shame to not finish off ther process with you now that we have come so far!! :)
Warmly,
Michael
New one-no one
Re: New one-no one
Hi Michael. Really, my mistake, I'm sorry. Didn't notice this part:
But no, there is no "I" that eats. And now it feels quite clear that there is no "I" where all intentions or decisions arise. They just arise; maybe from some "source" but not from "me". Still why there is some hesitation? Have I seen clear? Feels that I have. How is my life different? Nothing really changed but life feels more simple. Like useless thinking have decreased. Or maybe I just don't care about it. And I don't get stuck in my thoughts. Everything seems to be easier and there's more clarity in my life now. This is quite funny, because I have being meditating and doing different kind of spiritual practices for years to get more clarity and simplicity in my life. And than after this LU-process: "boom!"; dropped the idea of self and THAT's what made this change?! Can't believe it...
I don't know do we have to continue, you say that. I'm willing to go on if you see there is something I don't see yet or need to look more. But I don't know if there is.
Have a nice day, H.A
And being polite (that's what I meant about cultural issues) and waiting for your answer. Also I'm not so clear of days or time. And then there is this language problem: have to work hard in English :DI had only asked you; "Is there an "I" that eats"? so I thought you would get back to me more or less immediately so I was only letting you know that I would not be able to reply the next day, Tuesday.

Hi Heidi,
I will post out conversation now for Ilona to check. Sorry for my part in any confusion along the way :)
Please keep an eye open for either further post on this thread from me (relaying any questions Ilona may have), or for PM's, or for emails from the Admin team.
Warm thoughts,
Michael

Yes life seems simpler and thoughts have nothing to stick to.How is my life different? Nothing really changed but life feels more simple. Like useless thinking have decreased. Seems pretty clear and as if you settled in our gap between correspondance. This is quite funny, because I have being meditating and doing different kind of spiritual practices for years to get more clarity and simplicity in my life. Re: New one-no one
Hi Heidi,
All is good although there is one area where it is suggested you could enquire into more deeply; that of the witness or observer.
Are 'you' getting stuck (or not stuck) in them?
Is there any separation at all in experience i.e. a separate witness / observer?
I know language is difficult at this point and it is subtle. Perhaps re visit an earlier just looking, or just listening, excercise.
Very glad that life is easier and less problemeatic.
:)
Warmly,
Michael.

Hello Michael!
Thank you; I have to think/contemplate about this more. If it’s ok to you, I post you on 3 days?

Ok, it didn't take 3 days :D

No. Not my thoughts, because there is no such a thing like "me". I am not getting stuck in them. How could something what doesn't even exist get stuck? So thoughts are getting stuck in thoughts! Which sounds quite insane :D And after this; there is no separation at all experience i.e. a separate witness/observer: Still, while I think about that or read what I just wrote, it feels like something is "outside" of all that? Or "nothing" is outside of that. There is nothing. How can nothing be aware? And everything is the same: thoughts and emptiness? Are they your thoughts?
Are 'you' getting stuck (or not stuck) in them?
Is there any separation at all in experience i.e. a separate witness / observer?

Re: New one-no one
Hi Heidi,
Sorry for the delay but a bit of a hectic few days this end.
Is there a need for an observer in order for observations to happen?
Is there a need for a clouder in order for clouds to happen?
With love,
Michael

Exactly. Good question! Not my thoughts, because there is no such a thing like a "me". I am not getting stuck in them. How could something what doesn't even exist get stuck?
Perhasps the question is:there is no separation at all experience i.e. a separate witness/observer: Still, while I think about that or read what I just wrote, it feels like something is "outside" of all that? Or "nothing" is outside of that. There is nothing. How can nothing be aware?

Hiya,
Can you report again any changes in how life feels, work, your friendships and relationships etc please.
Do you have any remaining doubts, or questions, at all?
Warmly, (which as I typed looked up and saw it is snowing!)

Re: New one-no one
Hi Michael!
Life feels calmer, easier and more simple. Emotions flow and disappear faster. I don't know if this has anything to do with the process here, but it feels like things are manifesting faster. Some thoughts manifests almost immediately. Maybe I’m just more aware what’s happening? Maybe it’s just this time which is different.
No doubts anymore. I can see there is no self. I don’t have it and no one else does. This is like huge rolegame what we all are playing here. Or play :)

Great post. Sorry for the delay.
Personally I don't have any more questions for you so I will re present our conversation to Ilona.

Great post. Sorry for the delay.
Great. Same for me. Emotions (sensation and thought) are less sticky and there is no or less resistance.Life feels calmer, easier and more simple. Emotions flow and disappear faster.
Yes. It is like the character is fictional and we adopt differrent roles depending on the circumstances / what is required. No doubts anymore. I can see there is no self. I don’t have it and no one else does. This is like huge rolegame what we all are playing here. Or play :)

Hi,
As far as I understand it you have been confirmed! Watch all media for invites to F/b groups, Unleashed and Aftercare 2017. They are valuable for exploring your new perspective.
You were great to guide. I would ask a question and you would go off and investigate. It works!!
Well done,
Michael X
