Cool. I woke up this morning in a very present state. We have guests over so it was a busy day. That presence was not there
all day. Now, at bedtime I am finding it difficult to get it back. Is this way of seeing something that you have to practice to grow? Do you have any suggestions?

Haha I am not sure what she means by it.
But she must be referring to that what is seen and what not, many times comes from (false) assumptions.
If a painting is moved, people say: "the painting is moved", while in fact there is no painting (anymore)!

Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

Hello Petrus, I would like to retract my answer here. I had an experience 3 days ago but it was definitely not the separate entity experience I am reading about. My experience was more like the one i had 15 years ago. Total love. fascination with things I've seen a million times, still mind. It happened 3 days ago and has not happened since then.
I thought since I had an experience of any kind it was time to move on. So it was bullshit on my part. I'm sorry for lying to you
My intention was to keep moving.forward.
II really and truly want this experience and would like to keep going. Bullshit free. I do believe that that question to be true but base that choice in nothing experiential except the oneness experience.

I dont think that is bullshit. It is just an experience. And not everyone has them.
But wanting the experience last is an obstacle for your search.

The experience was most definitely not bullshit. My experience was so beautiful. I was saying it was bullshit for me to say I know there is no I,me etc. I feel like a fraud. I know that I, me, is not real mentally not from experience.
But then I came across this post:

That is exactly what I experienced and look where she went with that as her first awakening. She is a force for transformation world wide. Because of this knew finding I wish to retract my retraction.
