Hi Ilona, I'm not sure what happened to the reply I sent initially. I remember thinking, 'you ask really great questions' and replied straight away. Not to worry, here is another one.

So thinking about matter labelled as a brain and how I see that in actual experience...

... well looking at this I couldn't find an actual experience of a brain. Seeing just sees, hearing just hears, tasting just tastes, feeling just feels, smelling just smells. A thought about a brain is a thought - nothing real in it.

So there is nothing to actually experience 'á brain'.
Just senses sensing and thoughts.

Thank you Jodie, I can see you know how to look. It's the ultimate tool in further explorations. This is a beginning. A real one. There is much more to investigate, seeing no self is an opening. Not a destination.
