In your experience, would you say that, whether or not there is frustration, fighting WHAT IS, WHAT IS still goes on, undisturbed, or is it changed?what came up was that I am avoiding what I perceive to be unpleasant. This is what frustration is, the mental process fighting what is.
Does ‘being with WHAT IS’ come and go? Look in your direct experience, not in your thoughts. Can you ever not ‘be with WHAT IS’, even if your thinking says otherwise?This led to a realization that situations deemed unpleasant by the mental conditioning are really good opportunities to watch, allow, and then be with what is because the mental/physical response is easier to see.
