Yes. How does it feel to see this?
Is there anything but THIS - what you are aware of right now?

How does it feel? It feels free, like a trust in that everything goes on, everything works perfectly fine, without the interference of the illusionary "I". Relax.. no need to do anything to make things happen. It´s not about "me" anyway.Yes. How does it feel to see this?
No, really, I can´t say that there is anything else than THIS, right now. Even memories of so called "past" is appearing now, and thoughts about so called "future" is appearing now.Is there anything but THIS - what you are aware of right now?
No. There is no entity "I". There is only this experience. No owner of it. The thought of "I" is only that, a thought.1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
When there is the belief of an entity "I" in some way. That makes the sense of "I" as separate from others, or objects. This seems to be a evolutionary function somehow, as everyone seems to have this belief before looking through it. This function must be some kind of protection mechanism for the physical being or something like that, but this is only speculating. How does it work in my experience? This belief clearly has effects on my behaviour. For example, this belief tells me what things to be afraid of, and what things to not be afraid of. Sometimes it´s useful, sometimes it´s just ideas of no use really. When does it start? I don´t know. I don´t think I have memories from before the sense of "me" as a separate self. I only know what science says. Around two years age the sense of "me" as a separate being appears.2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
As I wrote yesterday. It feels free, more effortless, when there is no need for the "I" to interfere all the time. There is a trust in that everything works fine anyway. Trust in that there are actions happening when they need to happen. The difference from before this dialogue is that I don´t take things as much "personal" now. For example if I receve criticism for my work. I take this less personal, of course these things can still trigger feelings coming up. But there is no owner of these feelings.3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue?
All of the things we looked at was useful. The shift I would say was when we looked at expectations of something to be different, or something to happen. Nothing is different. This makes sense, as what pushed me over was to see that there is nothing to be pushed over, and no one to be pushed over it. There is no gate! haha! this is funny.4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
No. The sense of "me" thinks it has control, doing desicions, choosing, intend. There is no "me". No one to decide or intend. decisions happening. Choosing happening. Example: What brought me HERE? where I am right now. How did I get here? I have no idea. It just happened.5) Do you decide, intend, choose, control events in Life? Do you make anything happen?
