Often there is some 'disbelief' about the realisation but as you rightly point out, at the moment belief in 'I' is recognised, it can be examined to realise it is just a thought.
And 'no-one' does this or is responsible for this. It just 'happens'. All by itself :-) ♥

Other guides that were following our conversation are happy that you have 'seen through the illusion' and so our discussion here now comes to an end (although 'seeing no separate 'I'' can be the start of examining many more beliefs that are held if the desire is there).
