I have taken some wonderful points from someone who has just been through the Gate that seems to identify with your current feelings.
It may be a reassurance that many people feel identification with self still happens, Beliefs still happen The story still happens
She went on to say that feelings of no self, is not a constant state.
I would fully endorse this that most of the pealing back of conditioning occurs after the gate.
You are doing so well I think you are being a little self critical.
Every time I look for an "I" there's just an empty like space, there's no actual "Me"
Well done for the above.
As we talked before there is not a paradigm shift there is clarity of seeing.
There is seeing.
To say I'm Liberated would be to limit what I am. I'm reluctant to bind myself to any concept, no matter how enticing.
Explain why liberation would limit what you are,

Sorry that i have had to ask you more things I feel you have seen but are having problems hope this will help
Love and Light Nina

Liberation is only the word. Who is limited? What concept? Who is tied <that could be an interesting thought>
Why Is it enticing?
I was wondering "How does a Liberated person act?" It doesn't seem important now. What's important for me is to love without discrimination.

When i wrote that it just felt like ANY label would be pointless, there was a feeling of wide openness & nothing to label. Make sense?

I'm going away for a break in the country for 5 days. I'll be at a Buddhist centre so maybe a great time to chill & let things unfold. I'll stay with these questions & post again soon.

Thanks Nina for your time & patience!

Feels like I'm stuck in loop of seeing there's no entity but arguing that some sort of "claiment" is there.

Like there are two sides to thought. The passive & the dynamic. The dynamic is what the I thought is claiming as itself.

Why can't I drop this I wonder? Thoughts are just thoughts without the distinction & even that distinction is story.

I think you are being very hard on yourself In my opinion you have seen.
You tell me that you know I.
You tell me that there is two sides to thoughts.
Look inside and tell me where can you find thought.
Point to it and see what you find.

Hi
Thought has no location I can find. As far as I can perceive, thought arises, hangs around for while & is absorbed back into emptiness.
Movements of the mind. Still feels like My mind & My experience to some extent.

Sorry Nina I'm really making you earn your Red aren't I. I'm really boring myself now aaaarrrrgggghhhhh.

You are that is ok.
Movements of the mind. Still feels like My mind & My experience to some extent
I have never seen the mind move........
The mind processes Iet you breath, you See, you function at an unconscious level.
Thoughts come. Thoughts connect with the story of the Past. In Maths you retain formula ect and when needed
the thought pops up.
Look inside and see if you can locate Moment
So if you look at the mind as sky and thought as cloud, it is obvious that thoughts are just passing by and sky is not holding on to any cloud.
Why are you holding on to the idea there is a separate self when you have seen through the gate.
Is there any fear associated with this.
Look at this lightly and put down your first thoughts.

Love Nina.

Hi Nina

I feel more that I have seen through the illusion.
There does seem to be something holding me back. A sensation in my stomach that feels like a combination of fear & guilt.

Weird. Like I don't deserve to be liberated.
That's BS so maybe I need to see what's behind that?

I can't locate a moment. The clouds & sky analogy is good. Attaching to thought is the problem isn't it?
There may be rain but the sky doesn't get wet.

The fear and the guilt are holding you back I can Help with this
.

I Please look at fear and just let it be brought to your tummy. Bring it closer, invite it to share its wisdom with you . It's fine to just let it be. Respect it. Bow to it. Then look what is behind fear.
Do the same with the guilt.
Then look behind both and see.

Love and light Nina.

Nina I can see!

No doer required, just doing! I just observed myself making a drink & it was so obvious that it happened without any author of the action.

Thoughts are always going to arise like pop ups in a browser window but they're not MY pop ups!

Thank-you from my heart for taking the time to do this. Thanks also to Ilona & Elena for LU.

Love Francis ;-)

Dear Francis

Can you just to confirm for us simply answer the final questions again.
1) Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
2) Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.
3) How does it feel to be liberated?
4) how would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no you
Can you just to confirm for us simply answer the final questions again.
Thank you and looking forward with anticipation

Love and Light

Nina

1. There's no me as a central control figure, the only me is an idea that functions in day to day life. A social conventional me, a role I guess.

2. The self is the unquestioned core assumption that's programmed into our lives from birth.
The Belief that we're a separate entity running our lives.

3. Relief. I was trying too hard to see what's quite obvious because it's not so easy to accept the simplicity.

4. Like driving 100 miles with no recollection of the journey, jump in the back seat you still get home in one piece.
