Hi Stacy, thank you. I am processing this. It is going to take some days or even weeks. Warmly,

No. Please don't make a big production of it.
Slit down. Do it. Answer the questions.
If you take too long you will completely overthink it.
Direct experience is immediate & requires no extra thinking.

Re: Simply Seeing
Alright Stacy, thanks for the pointer. Here we go with my spontaneous answers:
I cannot unsee the view on the left.
I cannot unsee the black space.
Nothing.
Warmly,
No seeing can't be turned off.So, when the view on the right is seen, do you have the ‘choice’ not to see? I’m not asking can you ‘choose’ to see something else like another view or ‘black space’ if you close your eyes. The question is; can you turn seeing off?
I cannot. Can you NOT see what is seen?
Code: Select all
Same thing with the view on the left, can you NOT see the view on the left?Same thing with the view in front with closed eyes, can you NOT see the ‘black space’?
I cannot unsee the black space.
I cannot. Can you turn off seeing?
What did the 'chooser' choose?
Nothing.
No.Did a 'self' choose something?
Nothing. If you are unable to choose what you're aware of, then what else is there to choose?
Warmly,

Re: Simply Seeing
Wasn't that easy?
Separation, like "self" is only a thought. A made up thought.
