It is one pointer, but I suppose you can answer the questions one at a time. Will you let me know if you're not ok with me doing the time pointers one at a time?
Good that you're also doing ButtChair.
Loving

I have no experience of the now progressing. But is there an experience of the ’now’ moving along the line of time?
No, nothingAny experience of one ‘moment’ giving way to the next?
Ah, what a question! It seems to be my experience that one event follows another. That things are happening sequentially. I'll continue exploring this experientially. Is there any actual or direct experience of one event following another?
That's right. Focus on the one Sensation with no division.there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
I only find sensation with no clear division.
Your experience? Can you point to Direct Experience? Or is it only thinking? It seems to be my experience that one event follows another.
No! There's nothing in direct experience that says one event happens before or after another. Still, I'm letting that sink in. There does seem to be a continuity of experience ... I see that there's a thought overlay ... It's easy to see with seemingly discrete experiences, but not so clear when they seem to be happening sequentially in my visual field. I'm open to ideas on that. Maybe just keep looking? As I reread this I can see that the notion that they're discrete is also more nonsense. I think this is starting to soak in.Your experience? Can you point to Direct Experience? Or is it only thinking?
Good. Keep looking at that another day or two.this is starting to soak in.
It doesn't seem to be moving. Movement doesn't have meaning here. How fast is the ‘present moment’ actually moving?
No, I don't find any boundaries or deciding lines.Just look at 'this moment', can you find a point where it began?
I can't tell. How long does the ‘now’ last?
When I look there's nothing there.Where does the ‘now’ start, and where does it end?
I'm not sure the now is related to the past or future. When does the ‘now’ exactly become the 'past'?
A thought. What is the ‘past’ in actual experience?
Only thoughts about time.So is there actual experience of ‘time’ or thoughts about ‘time’?
.It's all thought
Good. Stay relaxed. And I'll continue to look at buttChair.
You, tooHappy Thanksgiving.
Good! There was no shift in identity, just no identity.
Initially a feeling of oh! Dang. How does it FEEL to see this?
Yes, seeking had stopped.Has seeking stopped?
No, that's clearly unreal. It never existed.1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
The motion of a self seemed to start early in life. Perhaps as an adaptive tool. They're thought patterns, maybe a set of core beliefs. They give themselves credit for what emerges. Atracking and defending what doesn't exist. Now its shinanigans are clear, all the scheming and grasping. At the moment it's quiet, just peace.2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
ATM I'm soaking in a quiet, tranquil clarity. Before there was a fleeting sense of peace, but this is pronounced, and clear. There's something subtle about it. And a depth that I can't find words for.3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
I was out for a walk, pondering questions like what's between here and there, time and no time. And it just clicked.4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
None of that is real. It all emerges from the void. There's no one here who could possibly be responsible. The cat is fed, the groceries are bought. Stuff happens and some thought process takes credit. That's it.5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
