What is a distinction between seeing and the object of seeing? Is there a gap? Or both words point to the same actuality?

Let’s look at this example. Look at a wall in front, and notice the colour. (I’ll assume it is white)
How can you name this experience?

I see colour
Seeing
Colour
White
Knowing of colour white
I know of seeing
I know of colour white
I see white
I am aware of colour white
There is awareness of seeing
There is awareness of white

Can you see that all these words are actually saying the same? Seeing and white are the same.
So where is the gap? Is there a seer? Is there white without seeing?
Can you see that language itself is assuming that there is seeing and object of seeing, as if that is separate. But how does that work in actuality?

Write what you notice. Play with words and hearing/sounds, tasting/taste, smelling/smell, touching/touch..

Love

For one thing there is the distance, the sense of a 3D experience. Seeing ‘starting’ from one point and ‘ending’ at the object.
The seer/doer is another thing. But the seer is not always ‘there’ in ‘my’ experience - there are moments, sometimes several minutes without the sense of a seer.

Seeing ‘starting’ from one point and ‘ending’ at the object.
That is how it seems and what language says. But, there is nothing at a start of looking, Nada.

What is that is looking?

It's slowly coming but it's kind of experienced. Can we do one more excercise on fear, please?
The sensation which can be labeled fear or thoughts about fear is often experienced when LOOKING.
I can't fully let go of myself, or see through myself, probably because of fear.
What is that is looking? It feels like openness. Or nothing, nothing at all, empty space.

Nothing at all, empty space. Yes to that.
Does this empty space need to be protected?

Here is an article about fear, it may help you to see what it is.

I can see that fear is a sensation and thoughts which get triggered by the sensation.
I will try to investigate the sensation more and see if I can welcome it in the way it was described in the article. It was a very nice article.
Today I have been trying to meet every thought with kindness. Not paying attention to the content of the thoughts. It has felt good and I have managed to do it throughout the day.

Great. What did you find behind the fear? What is there that wants protection?
Does life need to be protected from itself?

Great. What did you find behind the fear?
I havent found anything. But I will continue looking. There is a part of me left. Will report back tomorrow.
What is there that wants protection?
I don’t know - I’ll continue looking.
Does life need to be protected from itself?
It’s a good pointer, thank you.

I realize that I don’t have to be afraid of any thought. Every thought can be allowed to be there and then it disappears.

Yes! That’s great to notice that!
Are there more sticky questions or everything is clear?

There are no questions coming up now, I’ll check tomorrow again when I’m less tired.

Outside of thinking there aren’t really any questions. Everything just is as it is, I understand this. And it is not only on itellectual understanding for me anymore.
So, no, there aren’t really any questions coming up now. Does this mean that we are done here?
