Hi Ilona, sorry for the delay. I didn´t see the message.
Not so much, working hard at the job, but always with the investigation present, the confusion is still present. I take it with a little more calm and try to focus more on the work than before. But always with the no-self investigation present.

If I had put so much effort into something else like the one I put into this investigation, I think I would be working at NASA. jaja.

Today I was thinking about that thing that you say to me that the body does not need someone to control it, but i dont feel like the other are just machines, that make me feel sad. I feel that when i talk to someone he is hearing me and conecting in some point...
Like when i talk to you, i dont feel like your responses are just programed responses, it is like there is some empathy that cannot exist with machines.
But i think that your view is not that there are just death machines talking to each other, it is more deep than that.

As if they have consciousness about me

Recently i was seeing some tv show, and there is a tv show of persons that dont like me too much because they talk bad about other people constantly, they try defame the celebrities and make them fight each other, they talk about their privacy and things like that.
So i was rererereading your book.... and this question come to my mind... they are separated from life?
And now i think that i see where are you pointing... they are life, life as plants, life as animals, life as persons, etc etc.

So, i dont know, i will keep on this, I do not want to get excited because this usually happens to me that I think I understood but then the confusion reappears.

I think that i have the expectative of change the perception of subject-object to another where there is only experience(that is for me true nonduality)... And that doesn´t happen yet. But i dont know.
