It's not that there is seeking for something, it's more that there is wanting to be good, to become good. If I say there is no one here seeking, I fear that I will not want to be good anymore.

I watched the video. The answer that came for "What am I looking for?" is "A home". I am looking for a home.
"What am I running away from, what I do not want to experience?" is "Being separate".

To go back to your question, who is seeking?
The body isn't seeking for a home.
Awareness isn't seeking for a home.
I find that the mind (or this thinking) is seeking for a home. It is restless. It doesn't feel welcome here. In this body. It believes it needs to change, to become good, before it is welcomed here. It is looking for ways to become good so that it will be welcomed here in this body. It cannot just be disregarded. It won't go away.

I feel this is not going the way you expect me to. Do you have any other way to support me in this? It doesn't feel kind to try and disregard the mind that is looking for a home.

No. Yet I still believe my thoughts which causes me suffering. It causes me to show up with people in a way I don't want to show up. What would you suggest not to believe my thoughts?

Then write down some of the thoughts
Read loudly each written thought and SEE if it is true or silly

I am believing thoughts. It seems that the belief in thoughts is automatic. When they appear, they appear as though they’re true. It’s like a programme.

When I read the thoughts, I believe they’re true. What I notice is that they’re in opposition with reality. “I” know better than reality how things should be.

What is here now is awareness of thoughts, images and sensations. It doesn’t seem enough, there is stress and tension in the body from the thoughts. This is getting interesting. If I leave out the “I” the it’s a happening. Thoughts come and the body reacts with tightness in the throat and stomach, clenching of the teeth and tge awareness notices this. Now it seems as though awareness is separate from these happenings. Now the mind says “Should I just keep observing like this until there is a direct seeing” but that would involce time and an apparent future that never comes. What would you suggest next?

Here now, there is no separation between the knowing and the known.
All there is, is here now. There is no more to it. All expectations about "something" to see or to happen, are just thoughts stories happening now. Do you expect to see more than that is here now in the future? There is no future outside of thoughts. There is no truth to find more than what is here now. LOOK AT what is here now without using a single word and let me know what is found.

If "room" means walls, ground and ceiling, yes furniture are separate from the walls or ceiling. Are furniture separate from the space of the room?
Are thoughts separate from awareness of them? If it is so where is the line separating them?

There’s only awareness being aware of everything.

awareness = being aware = knowing = seeing = hearing = smelling = tasting = feeling sensations. Too many words to the same "being aware".

Look at thoughts and see definitely that there is no you, no entity behind them. See that thoughts have no intelligence, they know nothing. You are looking at AI : there is no intelligence behind AI. It is a program running.
There is a thought :" I am seeking for truth". SEE that this thought is known or noticed by this truth, this awareness which is sought. That is IT.
