Yes a sense of feeling lighter.

It’s not controlled, the movement just happens. It cannot be explained how the movement occurs. How is the movement controlled?
No thoughts control it, they just narrate over the top of the movement which happens.Does a thought control it?
No controller can be located. There is no doer here doing it.Can a ‘controller’ of any description be located?
No decision is made, the hand just turns and stops turning when it stops. How is the decision made to turn the hand over?
No choice was made. It was just the awareness that witnessed a hand move forward.Who or what chose which hand - the left or right hand for the exercise?
NoCan you find a separate individual or anything that is choosing when to turn the palm up or down?
Lightness and expansion! How does it FEEL to see this?
No there is not, the idea of a separate 'self' is perceptual.1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
It starts in the morning when 'I' wake up. The thoughts upload and the separate 'self' or apparent body experiences the sensation of movement. Through the day the thoughts give the experience of control but there is more seeing that this is a perception of control only. Movement happens when it happens and is not always in corralation with thinking. The consumption of food or drink happens too. The labelling of the thoughts are what create a sensory experience of this (smell, taste, sound, sight and sensation).2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
It feels light and there is expansion having seen the illusion. Before this dialogue there was an intellectual understanding that there was no separate self rather than a sensory experience to feel it. These exercises have brought confirmation to the intellectual teaching.3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
I experienced a few occasions where 'my body' moved to avoid an obstacle and no thinking made that happen because no thought instructed the movement. After the movement occurred a thought arose where there was a realisation that 'I' did not make a decision to move.5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.
There may be an idea/desire to do something a certain way however this is just a thought. When an intension is set, the mind can hold onto this and be inflexible to any outcome that is not this. This often results in frustration/ anger, for example you might want your day to have a certain order of events but it doesn't always happen the way the mind wants this results in hate towards the 'self' or others or both, rather than acceptance of what happened.Describe intention & give examples from experience.
There is no free will. There is just a perception of it. If there were free will I would have certainly done some things differently for example going to my first choice university, I would have had no health issues and experienced more energy and would have moved from Manchester to a warmer place.Describe free will & give examples from experience.
The idea of choice is also an illusion. For example with my university application I chose to go to Birmingham and worked very hard to get the grades. When I got my results they didn't meet the requirements. Manchester was my second option and I didnt get the results they required either but they still gave me a place. This was the only university which offered me place in the end. This removed the 'apparent' choice and also confirms that there is no free will.Describe choice & give examples from experience.
There is no control. I was doing a course where we look at our beliefs and what we are attached to. I was very attached to my personal possessions and did not want to share with the group about this through fear of them taking some of my things away. I was asked to share one day what was coming up for me and even though I didnt want to share about the possessions I found myself speaking about this. I was angry with myself afterwards and there was regret. There was a seeing here of how there is no control over the 'I' speaking.Describe control & give examples from experience
Higher power, Source energy, GodWhat makes things happen? How does it work?
We are not responsible for anything. There is no doer here who can be responsible. I've had a couple of car crashes, both which just happened and there was no control of the 'self' so no one can be responsible. I was not responsible for the position of the other cars or the traffic lights changing or even the movement of the steering wheel. I was just the awareness witnessing it play out. What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
