Hi Sarah,
Searching for this sense of ownership, things became very still, then I noticed that this sense of ownership seems to just be a thought as well, a distraction
Great. What kind of thought is that? Is it in a narrative form or is more of a non-verbal nature?

Get to know it better. This is the sense of self arising automatically. For example, when you read this post is there a lingering feeling that someone is reading it? I assume it is.

Make sure to notice the rise of the sense of self.
And then dive deeper:
Is there something solid to be found?
Is it real me there there or it is just an assumption?
What underlies this sense of self? Is there something beyond this belief?

Make sure not to look for an intellectual answer. The mind will go there. Simply notice that and get back to the pointer.

Let the question burn inside you while not falling into the trap of analyzing it. Let me know if this is not clear.

Hi Branimir,
I believe that it was more of a nonverbal realization. I am still getting to know it, and trying to dive deeper.
Your pointers are clear and helpful.
I have been trying various techniques and facing frustration.
I will continue trying to work with this inquiry.
Thank you!

Hi Branimir,
I have been noticing the sense of self.
I have been staying with it and I have been diving deeper.
I have not found anything solid, this sene of self has actually become more difficult to locate.
I was using this sense of self to go deeper.
But now with this sort of dissipation, I feel like the question is no loger burning and I feel rather like I’m trying to recreate an experience.
