The key is to find where they really appear from?

Ok. I’ve been focusing on “looking out” & staying there for as long as I can. I feel like there is a shift in my head, an energy. Anyway there is no self when “staying out” just a contraction in the body. It’s mostly in the front around the neck & chest. I can read from this place. I’m doing it more & more. It feels like a small shift.

This wich says: "There is contraction in the body" - what is that? Is it a thing?
What is DE of the body? Flash, bones, blood or...what?

There is no body when things slow down. Just empty space. The contraction is just density in open space. That which says “there is just contraction in the body” is just a thought. That’s difficult to see at the time tho. I often don’t feel separate from the thought. But sometimes I do.

This to which thoughts are speaking to - why should be persona?

I don’t know why. There is still a feeling of me somewhere most of the time. I am now having moments of no self tho esp when I look out & stay out.

Yes, there is sensa of me - but notice There is already No persona, so, this "me" is What is!! :)

There is now sometimes no experience of me. Just walking, smelling, seeing, hearing etc. The thought of an “I” comes back after short periods but there is an experience of no self.

I am not the body, the name, the life experience, the story, the missing experience. Whatever is found is just what is found. There doesn’t need to be an I having the experience. Just the experience.
