journey of discoveries! Please keep in touch, and it's time for you to live that understanding, rather
than to get to the understanding.

There may be hard times getting used to a brand new perspective, so,
in that case, please contact me any time you like.

You could apply the inquiries to matters that come up in your real life.

In that case, please remember that what matters is the sensate experience, not the
labels put on them; you could simply just notice bodily sensations, attention, thoughts (not their contents)
and that may be enough. I still do that every day, and it sometimes surprises me in that
they bring me something very unexpected. That's very enjoyable, indeed.
