There is no "I", "self", nor a "me" anywhere. there has never been.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now

The illusion of a seperate self is rooted within the "I" belief.
Began early childhood when identifying self with objects and the learnt language. Ex; I, me, mine, them, their etc. Creating a subject, object divide, re-enforcing the seperate self in a continuing program.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

Feels very normal, no trumpets.although occasionally I can gaze/stare in absolute wonder and awe. thoughts appear (you had it and lost it) but who had it? Who lost it? (smiles).
There has been a type of yoyo effect since our last correspondence Stacy, of seeing becoming seen, then seen becoming seeing. This is a beautiful realisation. Im not always seeing, though this is sinking into it more

What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

Inquisitive nature, the inability to accept nothing but truth. Reading "gateless gatecrashers" and feeling into the stories, rather than just mind reading has been a great tool to utilise, along with guidance from yourself Stacy.

Who is here to make a decision? Decisions just happen, as and when a decision is required. No prior planning at all. Who is there to formulate a plan?



In experience

Describe intention & give examples from experience.

Intention suggest, I intend to do something. It is known here, "I" only exists in the alphabet and within a belief that I am a self. Its ludicrous, I only exists as a letter within words. There is no I to make intentions.

Inner tension - intention.


Describe free will & give examples from experience.

Free will cannot exist, it is all miraculously, unexplainably happening as "this".
Free will has an implication that there is someone to experience free will.. its all word salad.

For choice to exist there has to be a chooser. This is now seen to not be possible. Preferences still happen, "Cup of coffee rather than tea for example.
But choosing doesnt happen prrior

Control implies a controller. The mind believes he had control, just a belief the has fallen away.

What makes things happen? How does it work?

This is a question for the mind to answer.
So many fantastical, magical answers to this question, all seemingly created from seperate mind.
Everything is happening, for no one. (hated reading this, seeking) though now this rings true.

What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience

Everything is happening, knowing there is no I, me, self eliminates all responsibility, who is responsible? For what?
Care of "being" is classed as responsible, however on looking, i dont decide when to shower, toilet, go to meetings, go for a walk and so on. all of this happens.
