Hi Robert
When we see the self for what it is, that is all we are doing.
Thoughts and feelings continue to arise with no one controlling them (as before)
The appearance of "Selfing" as a conglomerate of these is likely to appear at times too
But all we need to do is investigate experience and we rediscover there is nothing having this experience
After time the karma/habit looses its momentum if looking/reorientation continues

Take your time to answer the set questions. Try to flesh it out with your own experience as much as possible so it is easier to see where you are and so if there is anything more to look into.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Do you decide, intend, choose, control events in Life? Do you make anything happen? Give examples from your experience.

6) Anything to add?

I have a question for you to look into from another guide:

What it is that feels pride and what is the 'thing' (attainment?) is that occasions pride?

And what has changed to give reason that these thoughts and emotions should arise?
