Hi Miko
It is a good observation : as you can see, a fear is a sensation on which a label "fear" is put on. Now, there is an exercise to investigate.
Sit or lie down comfortably, close you eyes. Answer to these questions through direct experience.
Can it be known how tall the body is?
Does the body have a weight or volume?
In the actual experience does the body have a shape or a form?
Is there a boundary between the body and the clothing?
Is there a boundary between the body and the chair?
Is there an inside or an outside?
If there is an inside - the inside of what exactly?
If there is an outside - the outside of what exactly?
What does the word/label ‘body’ ACTUALLY refer to?
What is the ACTUAL experience of the body?
Look very carefully, especially with the last question. Take your time, don’t rush. You can look several times during the day while doing other things (like washing hands, showering, having a short break from work, walking, etc) before replying.

Closing my eyes and there is seen that there is no knowing how tall the body is through direct experienceCan it be known how tall the body is?
The body in it self seems to have some weight, but volume is not feltDoes the body have a weight or volume?
The body doesn’t have a shape or a formIn the actual experience does the body have a shape or a form?
For some reason I’d like to say that there is and is not a boundary between the body and clothing. It’s felt that there is something touching, but the clothing in it self is a label. Is there a boundary between the body and the clothing?
Same as the clothingIs there a boundary between the body and the chair?
When closing my eyes there is no nothing but black, so there is no inside or outside - just emptinessIs there an inside or an outside?
The label body seems to be something physical that can be touched and different functions such as smelling, seeing, hearing, tasting and feelingWhat does the word/label ‘body’ ACTUALLY refer to?
The actual experience of the body seems to be a lot of emotions arising. Different energiesWhat is the ACTUAL experience of the body?

I don't expect right or wrong answers but a SEEING of what is going on. You said there is some weight : do sensations have a weight ?The body in it self seems to have some weight, but volume is not felt
Come back to the exercise and do it again : look at the body and clothing, or at the body and the chair : are two sensations (one of the body, the other of the clothing or the chair) or there is ONE sensation ? (don't go to thoughts). For some reason I’d like to say that there is and is not a boundary between the body and clothing. It’s felt that there is something touching, but the clothing in it self is a label.

This answer is not given from direct experience : have you seen the functions of "the body" ?The label body seems to be something physical that can be touched and different functions such as smelling, seeing, hearing, tasting and feeling
What is the ACTUAL experience of the body?
Are you confusing between concepts "emotions" and "sensations" ?The actual experience of the body seems to be a lot of emotions arising. Different energies

There seems to be a sensation of like a "heaviness"I don't expect right or wrong answers but a SEEING of what is going on. You said there is some weight : do sensations have a weight ?
No, there is 1 sensation of feeling something touching the body either if it's something labeled as clothes or a chair. But there is def a sensation to the body.Come back to the exercise and do it again : look at the body and clothing, or at the body and the chair : are two sensations (one of the body, the other of the clothing or the chair) or there is ONE sensation ? (don't go to thoughts).

what is heard is ringing in the ears and silence
what is smelled is something sweet
what is tasted is something round and mild
what sensations are something hard on my fingers when touching the screen, pain in the head, softness on the body

Good observations. Maintain this kind of observation all along this dialog.
What is seeing the screen ? Look.
What is hearing the ringing ?
What is knowing sensations in the body ?

Re: No Title
Hi again Warissem
Question:
There seems to be a lot of strong emotions happening due to the dating I have mentioned earlier. It seems to be a sense of “ownership” to the emotions that arise. Like: “this is happening to me”.
It seems to arise a lot of ideas/illusions and resistance which makes the emotions/energy even stronger. It seems n o t to be the calmness and “doesn’t-matter-energy” that arises in most other cases that appears to happen in life.
It’s just the meeting with this apparent person who seems to have a strong energy that seems to be turbulent in his body too. There’s definitely a sense of separation. It’s felt like: “his” energy is turbulent, “he” is having a lot of strong reactions to it and then “I” seem to get a turbulent energy and react to it too.
Is this something that we can use/take advantage of due to this apparent “process”?
Best regards
Miko

Hi Miko
First, you take a long time to answer to the questions I gave to you : it means that you are not fully committed to what we are doing here. If you have a strong desire to see through the illusion of a separate self, it is necessary to maintain the flow of looking at direct experience. The seeing happens in the field, plain view, it won't happen in the mind through processing thoughts (if it is the case, even the computers will see).
Second, you are always swimming among thoughts : definitely you have to LOOK at direct experience (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching or sensations). There is no hidden meanings here, seeing means really open eyes, hearing means open hears, etc ...
You said "my eyes are seeing the screen" : is it true ? LOOK. For this one, we look together.
My eyes : is there a me in the field of direct experience ?
eyes : are there eyes in the field of direct experience ?
Look again at each question of the previous post and come back after being sure that the response is 100 % true when confronted to direct experience.

Hi Miko
I think you begin to see more clearly the difference between direct experience and thought stories.
Here's an exercise that I would like you to try as many times throughout the day as you can. Label daily activities simply colour/image, sound, smell, taste, sensation, thought.
So for example, when having breakfast, become aware of:-
Seeing a cup, simply= image/colour
Smelling coffee, simply = smell
Feeling the warmth of the coffee cup, simply = sensation
Tasting the coffee, simply = taste
Hearing the spoon stirring the coffee, simply = sound
Thought about drinking the coffee, simply = thought
Just break down daily activities into these categories (which are all actual/direct experience) and report back how you go.
Best wishes

Hi Warissem
Image/colour - silver spoon with something brown on it
Smell - slightly sweet
Sensation - soft, room temperature but also cold and hard
Taste - sweet
Sound - a «klicking» sound
Thought - «I am chewing something soft with something crunchy»
Image/colour - transparent glass with transparent liquid
Smell - slightly round smell
Sensation - cold and wet
Taste - very slightly a round and sweet taste
Sound - a swallowing sound (don’t know how to describe it, so I used a label)
Thought - healthy for the body
Best regards

Hi Miko
This an exercise for you : Sit quietly for about 30 minutes and notice the arising thoughts. Just let them appear as they appear. Try your best to COMPLETELY ignore what they are saying and just notice how they appear without you doing anything at all.
Where are they coming from and going to?
Did you do anything to make a particular thought or thoughts appear?
Could you have done anything to make a different thought appear at that exact moment instead?
Can you predict your next thought?
Can you select from a range of thoughts to have only pleasant thoughts?
Can you choose not to have painful, negative or fearful thoughts?
Can you pick and choose any kind of thought?
Is it possible to prevent a thought from appearing?
Take your time to do the observations.
