Here in the forum we discover that there is no you in life happening and who has a life, but only This, OK?
The idea There is an I - try to become another idea for the bigger I. Don't go there, this is a trap. Notice what is here, all other stuff are imagination. What must be known is here already. What is behind this ? Who is behind all this? the right answer is Nothing, but all this are just concepts also.

So let's back to the feeling named Feeling I exist.
Connect with this feeling, allow all the energy to flow in the body.
Then notice the freedom named Life happening, all these colours, sounds, movements, all this absolute freedom, OK?
And finally notice that there is no two different forces I exist and freedom?
Is there I who exist or there is just freedom itself?
Does the idea of limited I bounds freedom?
Or there is only this, only freedom itself?

No me...unless I believe there is a miniature version of Levina sitting in the head..

Maybe you could challenge the quite strong belief in: all this is appearing in consciousness, God, Nothingness......anyhow a higher force from which everything arises....I still somehow place it out of myself as the ultimate authority.......There is still a strong believe of: oh,no I cannot be this unknowable,unimaginable mystery....I don.t deserve it.....or I first have to understand this mysterie.......something along those lines...

Strong feelings now of rejection...... thoughts of not being worthy......not good enough to pass the exam for the gateless gate......sadness.....smile....trees and skye.....space.......the only thing I know is this moment.....nothing else is required....tears....everything goes by itself.....I don't have to help Life......I am not needed.......silence....words on a blank space...empty words...empty thoughts....dear thoughts....I love you.....you have been such a part of me for such a long time, I believed you to be me, but sorry to say you are not me, you are just thoughts, very useful for practical use, but not for knowing who I am, so I say goodbye.....you have done so your best to know what is, thank you for that, but you can letgo and relax now, you are also a part of Life, but not the centre of Life, I set you free from this burden.....smile.....silence....just a happying...

there is a seeing, noticing of shape/form, of what I call body...around it there are different forms with different names, like a painting, where the forms are all made with paint.....there is only this painting,or decor.....nothing outside it, except in thoughts,and pictures...

The big manager in the sky, no just joking......what manages the big manager in the sky? What manages this body with all it's wonderful marvellous functions, all the sense perceptions, all the organs, so intricate, every cel communicating with other cells, the brain, the nervous system.....it all manages itself through itself.......even a socalled i that feels seperate is a marvel, persisting that "i am the manager of this body, i control all these functions, i hold the strings,sometimes loosely,sometimes tight" ijajaj....the puppet that want's the applause for everything that just happens by itself..
