As per the "Energy" or Beingness I feel...

(samething, just typing out loud to follow my own treasure chase because I'll get confused if I just keep that on paper. you don't have to answer. it helps me to follow the road, to give a sense to all of this because just few words, don't help. )

So far...

Where is it?... inside/out, no specific place or spatial location. ... Is there a sound? no..... Is there a smell? no.... Is there a color? no..... What is the "white room" you keep feeling as emptiness? is it part of this "Energy"? yes as everything is included but it is not THE Energy.... Ok can you try to be "ONE" with that Energy? Can you feel it as ONE? not sure yet but it's very "fulfilling".... Does it answer when you ask if it's YOU? yes, that's the only thing that answers. that's how I came to the conclusion that the body/mind were just a thought as nothing was fitting as the real "I" - but identification i gave over the years.... Is it separate from you? no.... is it separate from others? no., everyone, everything is a thought, like this body/mind i considered as me..... Do you experience it right now? no not yet but I feel it as is. it comes slowly, not to bring any fear in me as I sense it. What else do you feel from that Energy? again, LOVE is very present and JOY /Happiness that I felt deeply 2 days ago and before. More powerful than anything else felt so far as a thought :) ...... Anything else? still no form? no.... the only feeling I have right now is, I feel I'm on my way home.

There still seems to be a subtle "I" there. The I that is home, for example, what is that?

Bottom line------- Is the fact of no self clearly seen, not understood but directly seen, like a cup on the table? Can you confirm, "There is no I, only what is." ?

Not yet. (confirming There is no I, only what is) but it feels more and more the "reality" to me, it unfolds as is, very easily but slowly .

The "I feel that is home" ... sense of my real me, discovering "i" is a thought - then where am I?. I AM, THAT, as home. does not sense that I have to go anywhere or do something but just BE and accept that IT IS what IT IS, sense. There is no feeling of "loosing" or "holding on anything" but a weird feeling remain as discovering all of this in 24 hours only. the world is changing without changing. i am changing as I adapt my way of seeing it, slowly.

So far it's what I've got.

Yes. Clearly seen. The understand part is unfolding slowly with the rest that is showed to me. Don't know if it makes sense. so if I take your 8 yr old, I would say, Santa Claus does not exist, give yourself the time to "accept" the idea and it will be okay. I'm there. I know, I saw and felt it but still a weird feeling. HUH?.

The GOOD news is, the mind is very cooperative, quiet. Not saying it's the truth I see or experience but what I see from a 24 hours thing.. is an interior smile. The determination is so strong and present, i let nothing be in the way. NOTHING.

you know what Dan? I feel you're losing your time with this thread. You're busy with others who are moving up... You're a pragmatic man and I understand it's a good thing on this forum but I still don't have your background of 35 years of meditation, following a GURU, having "no-self experiences", etc.

I kept trying to adapt my way of seeing / feeling to what YOU want. Cannot, sorry. It confuses me as a result of you're not following me. Where is it gonna help me? !

I did my best with the few I know adding the language translation (in my head). Did my best, that's what I've got.
