Are you separating the knower and the known (experience)? Are they different?
No, I have gone beyond/collapsed the distinction between the open empty awareness/subject observing things floating through that. I experience the word I’m using at this moment, the knower, as a pointer to discuss the topic only, same with a awareness and concsiousness. just pointers in conversation. I can find no separation between knower and known. I am not separating knowing into subject observing objects. I see it all the same. It is as if all experience is made of that(I’ll let you fill in the word that suits you for that).
Can you describe "awareness" without using the word "awareness" or "consciousness"?
The words I’m using are just pointers for the sake of conversation. Words tend to be dualistic especially when using them to try and describe the no self. There is nothing present in any of my experiences except the knowing of them. When I say knowing I am not just referring to the background of experience, I am referring to the reality of experience. The only thing that is real about experience is consciousness/awareness/knowing.
Can you give another name for what you name "awareness.
seer, knower, one, sameness, that, it’s all that

Hey Amy
Can you give some examples from your daily life that explain what you means by:
The only thing that is real about experience is consciousness/awareness/knowing
And can you give me a few more alternative names for what you call the "knower".

I am surfing is just surfing. I am writing an email is just email being written, I am eating is just eating, no I doing.

No identifiable essence. What we are talking about has no inherent existence, no basis, yet is knows. Instead of knower, just knowing.
