I see that it was assumption I made. I can not say what chose it, thought just appeared. I made assumption that I would know that there is something choosing. Seems like I have labelled some thoughts more real than others.

Have you ever had more than 1 thought?

I would say billion but I don't think I understand correctly this question?

Have a look at your thoughts for a few minutes. Can you think two thoughts at once, or is it only ever one thought?

Hi Ben,

Ok, I see now. I can't choose any thought or think more than one thought at time. Thoughts appear one by one. Trying to put more than one thought on top of each other will only end up with headache :)

I can't say I can control anything. Life happens without me controlling. Maybe life has no control and it just flows freely? Or at least I can not know if there is any control or controller.

The truth is laid out in front of you for you to see for yourself. Nothing is hidden. But you must LOOK so you can see it for yourself.

You've seen there's no "I" located in sensations or thoughts. There's no "I" that can possibly control what to think next, there's is no "I" in control of anything.

So LOOK. Where is the "I"? Can you find it? Is it in the body somewhere? Is it the colours around you? Is it thought? Something else?

I apologize for my delay in response.

I looked but I can not really find I?

I see that there is the sensations and thoughts and colors but when keeping them separate in actual experience the I is only a story that is believed.

There is doubt if I have understood properly but I cannot find proof of I. Body is working by itself and life is happening. There is still thoughts and stories running and when believed "I" gets "power" but those now easier to notice and there fore faster fades away.

Hi Ben

I have noticed that life has fastened in away? I mean that I have marveled more than once or twice in the past week how everything seem to sort out in unexpeted ways even when it first looks different. There has been lot of emotions too but I have accepted them more freely and I feel lighter.

This morning however I felt the separation between myself and others. I watched my cat and felt frustrated I can not see us as one.

Later went for a walk and when watching nature it suddenly stroke me that how can there be separation if I see only color? Body is color, tree is color, cat is color and the labels are body, cat and tree. Thought makes them separate! So I can't be separate from others?! There is no separation, I have just labelled everything and believed this to be true. This realization made me cry and laugh at the same time for some reason. :)

Thank you, yes its amazing because it's feels that in the end it is quite simple thing really when you notice that it was all a story but still was so difficult to see.

I feel like there has been some testing going on and "I" wants to keep it's hold on things. Some moments I feel thoughts are much calmer and everything is smooth and clear but some moments not that much. Is that normal?

Yes it's amazing, the simplest thing in the world, Yet it eludes us for so long.

Everyone experiences this phase differently, what you're experincing is quite common though. The best thing to do is let it all unfold as it wants, there's something much more intelligent than our minds at work now. Just sit back and watch the show :)

As a sensation it feels that when I gets a good hold for some story there is a knot in my stomach or it can be like a sickly feeling even. But it passes.

Maybe also a feeling of emptiness at times can be felt. Or maybe its feeling of stillness I am not sure.

Energies feels stronger in body also but these are not attached to I, only sensations.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Can you talk about decision, intention, free will, choice and control? What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
