Hello Lawrence,

Close to what?We standing very close
Experience is that it is a creation of my minds thoughts, imagination seems like a good label. A movie or story that paints a fictional portrayal of what has happened, is happening, or will happen. It (‘I’) is happening without any feeling that there is control but the seeing (when there is looking for it) of what it is gives a feeling of ability or of light shining to see on the other side of it.!) So what is this false "I", if it cannot be located. How does it work. Please explain in detail in your experience
My body feels and is experiencing these things. None of it is controllable by me or I it just is. Seeing it for what it is changes what it was thought to be. You use the word ‘suffers’. There is not suffering only feelings that the body experiences of anxiety or pain or whatever bad things. The mind creates the thought of suffering.2)This reads like conceptualization and not enough of a response anyway . Who is it that suffers pain and anxiety, because that is being experienced. It is not " nothing". Tell me what you believe is happening. Lots of ramblings , please.
There is no ‘me’. There is a body and a mind that has feelings and has experiences. A body and mind that has the ability to give and feel Love.4) Lovely. This is what is shining. I know this, but can you say something else about this experience.
Not ‘just’ a body and mind. It is not a minimal thing. The body and mind are incredible……created by God for a purpose. What does it feel like? Powerful, motivating, compassion…..like a gift of life and love was given so that the same gift can be shared. You asked what it feels like to ‘realize you are an illusion’? Feels….embarrassing, ashamed that there has been so much selfishness created by what used to make up the false self. But then replaced by the feeling of opportunity...5) Lovely but tell me what it feels like in your body to realize you are an illusion and just a body, at most, with thoughts and that there is no individual self.
Sincerely,
Kohl

Lovely responses Kohl

Now please take some time to answer these questions as they are important to know that we are at the end of this process. If you can't answer them all in 24 hours that is absolutely fine. I ask that you respond to as many as you can.
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience and understanding. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference (if anything) between now and before you started the guidance?
4) Was there something specific you looked into or something that was mentioned during this guidance that made you fully realise? - Was there a specific moment where you 'tipped over' into realising 'no self'?
5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control as you understand it now. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Please give examples from experience if you can, and explain what you have realised.
6) Do you have anything further you would like to add?
Blessings
Lawrence

Re: Just is
Hi Lawrence, got most of the way through these.
1) No there isn’t, never was and never will be. The ‘separate entity’ that was thought to be there was just a thought.
2) Separate self started very early as I started to develop a sense of a name and how to associate things as a baby. This sparked the beginning of thoughts that there is a separate ‘I’ living in the world as opposed to what is real……the ‘I’ is the world and what the world is doing right now. From my experience it has been the observer that views the world making judgments and assumptions about everything that is seen (and not seen really). What is totally different now is that since there is no ‘I’ there is really no concern for ‘me’ but concern for everything else (everything else doesn’t mean I am separate just can’t put the right word together). This body and mind is with everything, part of it, compassionate, hyper sensitive to what can be seen, heard, experienced by just living. There is no separation between anything. Cannot separate an image from a sound, or a sight from distance, ‘my’ air that I breath from the breathe of anyone else.
3) Sometimes there is feeling of expansion, sometimes anger, sometimes freedom, sometimes warmth. It changes…..like the weather…..feels ok to change because they are just feelings and thoughts that come and go. Nothing seems to ‘stick’ around too long anymore. A feeling comes and doesn’t overtake all other senses like it used to. Very hard to explain sorry.
4) There were two significant moments that brought this awareness. The first small step was prior to this guidance with you. I was watching a video on LU website and a single statement about ‘it is what it is’……..as a thought comes about I would like to change this….. it is too late the moment (experience) is gone. I watched this video many times and each time more and more statements connected something in me. The second was looking at my reflection in the mirror and trying to figure out where ‘I’ was. There was a body and an image….seeing my face in the pupils of my eye for the first time and seeing that it was only a face….not the ‘I’ that was built in the mind.
6) Compassion is more powerful than our minds can comprehend. When someone else reaches out to help you for no reason but they care……beyond anything ‘I’ can find words for.
Sincerely
Kohl

Hi Kohl
Thanks for the replies to these.
I apologize for my lack of response.
For some reason, I had no notification that you replied or I missed it somehow. I have no further questions on these responsive. They read quite beautifully clear as it can be when we are in a place beyond words. I just await the response to 5). I will monitor every few hours to see the response when it comes.
Blessings

Hello Lawrence,

5) Well there is no 'I' so how can there be a will that is free or a will at all? Everything just happens without a controller or manager. I experience the inability to control thoughts, moods, feelings, sounds.....there is realization that the mind makes choices and then later thoughts, then labels, then expectations, judgment come later. There is no controller that is an 'I' in this process. What FEELS right is right.....without the thoughts.5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control as you understand it now. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Please give examples from experience if you can, and explain what you have realised.
