Question 2: You said feeling like observing life trapped in a body.Can you clarify what is trapped?
The perceptions seem detached; observing the body activity, thoughts, people, environement. The perceptions are still attached to the body using its sens, this is why I used the verb "trapp". I could use attached to, dependent on, limited by...The perceptions seem to want more and could be by themself...do not ask, it just came like that! I just share.
Question3: Early on in the discussion you wrote Firstly,there is some need of approval to surmount some fear that the present state will not disappear. How would you describe the difference in state from then to now? What happened to the fear?
I think I am nearly in the same state but my awarness growth considerably. You show me the meaning in some puzzle pieces allowing to discover a larger picture. Driving a car, playing tennis, talking to poeple are nice activities similar to the hand flip. Everything becomes more and more easy to understand, figure out. I can just seat in my office and enjoy doing nothing; just observing.
The fear is still present, but a thought and seen for what it is. Before, I needed to focus and observe the fear to dissolve it. Now, it just appear and it is seen and pouf...like a deer finding out that there is something observing it.
