Thank you...it IS home! Your facilitation was so lovely and clear, and I'm thankful.

Is there an expectation that seeing through the illusion of self equals pleasant states?

Here's the funny thing about that: unpleasant states have come up, and from this new perspective I notice relief that pleasant states aren't required or expected, which is SO PLEASANT! HA! So because there are no expectations of perpetual bliss or nirvana, I'm in a state of constant delight, discomfort and all!

Is that a clear enough answer?
