Looking for a guide

The Esteban character didn't just stop. He still has to call his mom every day, deal with people who are sometimes rude, which makes him kind of miffed, etc. At first, I found myself occasionally slipping back into the thought story of that character, and I had to remind myself of what I had seen. I also realized that whatever that character is thinking just arises, like everything else, so I should just let it be. So far, that approach has kept me from falling back into the thought story. My friend G. said that, after the seeing had taken place, certain things happened, and he suddenly found himself back in the G. character. I can't remember how he "got back out," but I will look through my emails. I also think it would be useful for me to join a Facebook group, so I can better learn how to navigate these new waters.
