Actually even breathing and blinking could be controlled by thought. If there is a thought that creates intention to hold my breath or not to blink, the corresponding action will follow.

Try opening and closing your hand while you're the gap between thoughts

Try opening and closing your hand while you're the gap between thoughts
When I open and close my hand and there is a gap between thoughts, no doer is present. However, the command to do it was given when the thoughts were present and the doer was present.
The concept of doer is clearly the thoughts creation. But thoughts also create an intention to act and the direction of action.

yes but when thought does not arise theres nothing there to do it but it happens anyways.
is it true?

It is true...
However, if the action requires thinking or decision making, it is different. If I am at the crossroad and don't know where to go, I will look at the map and decide which road to take. The doer here is the one deciding what action to take.

is the Doer just a label for the thoughts that are making a plan?

I can see the Doer to be a label for the thoughts that are making a plan. A bit more difficult to see it if the Doer is hesitant which decision to make. Are the thoughts hesitant? Doesn't feel right.
What about my wants and needs. Who has them if not "me"?

The thoughts aren't hesitant, its just the story it's telling to what it thinks is itself.
you're not a concept but you're what sees the concepts
Emotion makes it feel as if this is all personal because feeling makes experience rich
you are no matter what way you look at it intelligent which is necessary to navigate through life.
Needs are real but the mind is not usually at rest with things and always wants but as soon as you are not thinking you don't have wants anymore, see if this is true for you.

its just the story it's telling to what it thinks is itself
Awareness tells itself a story that what it thinks is itself is hesitant.
you're not a concept but you're what sees the concepts
Awareness sees that self is hesitant, as a concept.
Emotion makes it feel as if this is all personal because feeling makes experience rich
Awareness experiences an emotion and makes it personal to what it thinks is itself
Needs are real but the mind is not usually at rest with things and always wants but as soon as you are not thinking you don't have wants anymore, see if this is true for you.
It is true. If I am not thinking, the only thing that exists is present moment and wants are always related to something in the future or past.
What about likes and dislikes? There still a preference to see, hear, feel something that I like rather than dislike, even in the present moment. Who likes or dislikes if not "me"? I will try to answer myself... Awareness experiences a pleasure sensation if it sees or hears something it likes. The mind puts a label on it as "good" or "I like it". A "want" is created when mind wants to experience it again. Who wants to experience it again? The mind, the awareness? I think I am confused... or what awareness thinks is itself is confused :)

is awareness doing other things then being aware?
can you find future and past anywhere else other than memories and imagination?
What about likes and dislikes?
its not fun to get burned touching something hot but it tastes good to eat candy. I like taking baths personally and I don't have to think about why because I just do its pleasant, but I may think about it and that's fine there's nothing wrong with that because thats thoughts job to think about stuff weighing pros and cons because its a problem solver at heart but when thought tries to fix life somehow thats what a want is in place of being fully conscience at peace, can you find a mind anywhere?

Probably not. So what "it" refers to in the following quote:
The thoughts aren't hesitant, its just the story it's telling to what it thinks is itself.
There is no future or past anywhere else other than memories and imagination
when thought tries to fix life somehow thats what a want is in place of being fully conscience at peace
when there is no acceptance of this moment, want is created
can you find a mind anywhere?
mental activity is an expression of a mind, I probably can't experience mind as an entity

Probably not. So what "it" refers to in the following quote
so what is because you identify with thoughts thats the whole point of this
I probably can't experience mind as an entity
probably is guessing not looking so what makes up a mind if it can't be an entity?

Do you hear sounds or does hearing just happen?
You can try this anywhere by listening to a favorite song or the birds singing outside or lawns being mowed.

Hearing just happens. However, I am in control of my focus. For example, there is a sound of air conditioner and water dripping in my kitchen, I can direct my attention to either of them by choice.
