Anna, some questions from other guides;
Is the body is a container for thoughts, emotions, sensations, etc. In DE can you find separation, experiencing happening inside and outside the body. If there is no Anna, are these thoughts and emotions happening inside a body that belongs to her?
What experiences them?

Hello again
Feels like highschool exams all these questions.
In DE can you find separation, experiencing happening inside and outside the body.
I don't know. What is "in DE"?
If there is no Anna, are these thoughts and emotions happening inside a body that belongs to her?
What experiences them?
They are happening, inside a body, that doesn't belong to her.
What experiences them? There is experiencing only... If there has to be a "what" to experience them, maybe just the noticing that notices them, the awareness.

Love
Anna

The answer to my question came by itself that "DE" means "Direct Experiencing", okay, sorry, I'm not used to the LU talk yet.

Mmmh... the experiencing isn't nesecarily limited to the body. Not like a thought is floating around in some specific part of the body. sometimes the body appears very solid, or parts of it appear solid, sometimes it appears to be not-solid. The "inside and outside" doesn't seem to make sense to me, because the experiencing seems to be happening in this spaciousness that is without inside or outside, and timeless, that what just is, whether "Anna" is aware of it or not. The thoughts, emotions, sensations come from there and go there. The body is part of that too. But it is not inside the body nor outside. it just is... (everywhere)...
