There is awareness (which is not my awareness but just awareness) that this body is sitting here eating a sandwich. There is awareness that as a thought arises these fingers type these words. There is no awareness of a self. The edges of things seem to have dissolved so I can't see edges any more ... there are bodies and actions and thoughts and feelings but no self because there aren't any edges to delineate a self. Everything's mixed up in an infinite ever changing soup.

It's tough trying to keep it simple and clear and to avoid provisional statements but I'm happy to keep trying. Thanks for your patience.
