The website liberation unleashed.com, the book the gateless gate crashers and the guides are so helpful to absolutely see no self no gate thru direct pointing.Only events like a near fatal accident, extreme sports and some meditation retreats provided a vista expanding beyond mind that eventually faded to a memory,a construct in the mind. The grabbing, nagging, seeking came back.To see no self no gate includes permanent access to the vista beyond mind.
This is truly great. My chest is overflowing with gratitude for all.

Thank you Henry, it's been my absolute pleasure to have guided you (although you really didn't need any help from me!). It's been a real privilege to have walked with you on your journey, and I've certainly enjoyed reading your eloquent musings :-)

The self never existed the I is just a label. Nothing is seperate. Everything is connected.

The experience of bodymind can be seen. For example walking fast, smiling often, talking little,etc. These expressions are labeled with other words like character or personality and Henry is the label for this typing bodymind.
