how is it going there?
who handled the blizzard, was it "u" or did it just get handled all on it's own?
love to hear.
Did the thoughts about how to handle it happen on there own or did "you" do them?

I will be away for the day tomorrow and return wed. to respond,
look forward to hearing what is happening there and if there is anything left to look at,

Hi Colleen,

Long time no speak.We survived another blizzard and life goes on. Our power was out for 3 days so we have been in survival mode.Time to focus again. All thoughts have been directed towards the various challenges that mother nature has brought to our personal and business lifes.

While there is a complete understanding that the blizzard was handled on it's own, it sure felt like David was back in full force making the calls. My thoughts were not on being liberated for the first time in quite a while so the "focus" to the process has not been there for the last 4 days.

Did the thoughts about how to handle it happen on there own or did "you" do them?

All thoughts happen on there own without exception although it doesn't always feel that way.

yes..doubt...who is there to doubt?...where is "he", this one that doubts? doesn't doubt just arise and is their really a "believer" there to take it on'? look

Doubt is just another thought. It surfaces from points unknown just like all other thoughts.


I need to got back to more "looking" in a more relaxed way like you say. Less thinking and more looking is necessary.


Yesterday a beautiful moment was experienced. I was in the kitchen washing dishes and suddenly focused on a fly strip that had dead flies on it(where these flies came from in the middle of winter is a mystery). Somehow I felt connected to these flies and felt awed by the life they lived. I felt at one with everything for an hour or so. I now see the purpose for the flies. Now there are no more flies in the house...go figure...strange but true.

notice, look in direct experience where is the u that is doing it outside of thought?...Even though this is seen
that there is no doer, it is still an experience of doing life...life goes on just the truth is seen it is not "'u" doing it.

There is no "I" doing it outside of thought. Only the thought of "I" doing it. This is clearly understood.

It seems that my thoughts have been working overtime in perpetuating the illusion of self. Many personal and professional challenges lately perfectly arising doing thier job. I have been able to see through them and am ready to let the idea of ending the "search" sink in. I do realize there is nobody for the idea to sink into but I think you know what I mean. I also realize there truely is no search to end.

Yes. just thoughts perpetuating the "I" with more thoughts.Nothing more.

Just the thought of letting go of the search is what's present. The search happens because there is the thought of a need to search for something. In reality life just is as it has always been, perfectly flowing on it's own accord. There is no "knower" . Just Life/God.

Sorry for the delay.Yesterday the flu reared it's ugly head and kicked "my" ass. Feeling a little better today. It seems over the last two weeks the perfect storm of distractions have entered the story to do thier job. Confusion and frustration are the prevalent thoughts at the moment. The "no-self" concept is clearly understood.... Every time it's examined no "I" can be found....is it" clearly" seen is the question and the answer is no...some belief must still be present....what it is is the question....a true change in perspective has not yet occured on a consistant basis...a push of some sort is needed...

Just checking in....Thanks again for all your help...it's a beautiful thing when one is dedicated to helping others...really want to make sure before answering final questions...on expectations-I guess there may be an expectation of a shift. Reading GG and other forums it seems there is a change in perspective in most. This is why the thought of uncertainty is present.Please smack me around a little bit!

when you hear that...what happens? experience that...share...?

2.there is no one and therefore there is no doer of thoughts or of "u", ... it is all happening on it's own...living absence...are you breathing you?, are you thinking you? are you choosing the thoughts you believe?; are you moving your eyes reading this? did you choose to come onto LU, who did that?
