Who am I not...all thinking , stories , beliefs , concepts , self-image , separateness , past , future , feelings and emotions , .......even the " one " "who " is answering these questions......ahhhhhhh!!!!! so my mind is the thorn thats being used to dig out the thorn of identity and then throw both away........

(continuing from last post )........awareness of others playing their roles......reading their script......and when ' "others " actions are unkind or unconscious.those actions are having less of an effect as " i "disappear......

the body called lopaka is experiencing in a much deeper way.......the love making with my partner this weekend......it seemed like it was just arising.....a flow........" i " wasnt there......an ethereal quality pervaded the experience.......

" are you the thinker of thoughts "........now thoughts are preceived as if they are bubbles arising from the floor of an ocean....acending to the surface and then poping.....less attention is being paid to them.....and when some do get my attention they are held lightly and then let go......a few bite" me" and hang on for a while......but no big deal.....

" are you the doer of doing "......more so every day the realization of the life flow is becomming clearer .......and when doing happens it seems to be more in synchronicity with the life flow.......of course a forgetting takes place and " i " jumps in and it is watched......and it fades and disappears.....

spaciousness greeting spaciousness

yesterday the thought arose..." im hungry "......and then another thought....." no , this body is hungry ".....then the mind got busy thinking of food that would satisfy the bodys hunger

later in the day " i " remembered......" when the river reaches the ocean it looses its name and can no longer be found.......ive been feeling this disappearing very strongly.......

a few days ago a friend i play music with said something " unconscious " directed toward " me '.....and later on feelings of disappointment , sadness , irratation arose in the mind and were felt also in the body...the thought arose...." if and when i crash through the gate i wont be bothered by these kind of feelings "....then another thought....." the mind and body will still have feelings and emotions after the gate ....there just wont be a " my " feelings and emotions......they will just arise and dissolve......and leave no foot prints......

blessed grace and deeply immersed ......

" do i feel anything still missing in seeing through the i-thought ".......looking....looking.....looking.....a few remenent pieces of the cloak of self are noticed daily.....and in the noticing they fall away.....an i-less seeing seems to be permeating ......a few moments of " self " knocking on the door.....climbing through the basement window ......in the noticing it dissapates........

a spaciousness.....rarely experienced before.....except in sacred ayahuaska ceremonies......is settling in......the beginning of a sense of vastness is being felt.......

yesterday i picked up a book of sayings by Mooji , my primary guide , and in reading an an astonishment arose.....it seemed as if i was reading these sayings for the first time ......with NEW eyes.....a deeper "knowing" was present .......

and in the " real world ".....you know....every day interaction with humanity.....some judgement arises , and is noticed ( feels unpleasant )......someone will act or say something " unconscious " and feelings of arrogance and superiority arise.....they are noticed ...they dissapate and humility and the oneness of life-ing permeates...

social interaction is sometimes a challange.....especially if the person or people are really " asleep at the wheel "....it takes extra effort to drop judgement and " love what is "....or at least " accept what is "........the other day i was in the market and noticed i was labeling and judgeing......i shifted into' just seeing'.....how sweet and peaceful.....myself and others just " dropless drops " in an " oceanless ocean "

vivi......i want you to know how precious these morning " liberation "sessions are ......when you wrote that you might be out of a job soon my heart skipped a beat....." i " feel such a deep current of connection....kindred spirit...fellow wayfarer on the sea of spaciousness........

not having worked with you for a few days......a feeling of the 'self 'is creeping closer to reclaim its lost territory....a feeling of mild depression.....bla....backsliding...so the question arises....." where is that feeling of excitement and elation that was present these past weeks while working with you ?

an answer that arises is.....what is being experienced is "the river flowing into the ocean'...loosing its name , loosing the banks that once defined it , loosing its direction ' merging into a new vastness that its not familier with.....

could there be a greiving process going on ? ......the funeral of a best friend and reciently discovered worst terrorist ?.......OK !....yes

aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!........so today will be spent just allowing " looking without a looker".......just observing the parade of thoughts , emotions , feelings , and the marching bands of terrorists and friends alike........one play....one theater.....one audience.....one stage......loving what is.......droping what isn't...in joy watching the grass grow..........in wonderment of the heart beating inside and the lungs ever expanding with the fragrant tropical air.......yes.....yes........YES !!!!!!!!!

have i seen that " ' i ' does not exist ? ".........this is what 'i' am experiencing.......it seems that 'life' is this vast, infinite, theater, with a stage of time and space......the actors and actresses are there in their roles (including 'me' ).......reading their scripts....playing their parts......

'i' seem to be witnessing this from the balcony......and am on the stage at the same time.............the charactor' i' am playing on the stage knows that he is just acting.and is facinated by how the other players are oblivious to the reality that they are in a play and reading and believing a script and character that is absolute illusion........

1) Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? how about self, is there anything that is separate from everything else?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.

3) How does it feel to see this? describe in detail.

4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.

5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?

6) When you say "I", what are you referring to?

7) Describe your experience in the hours and days following awakening

the words and examples i used in the previous post are feeble and crude " pointers "......an effort to express the inexpressable 'life-ing' miraculously unfolding.......

a feeling of ' spaciousness ' is present most of the time.......you know ....it seems like i've come to the shore of this' vast ocean of absolute reality' many times and just stood there......afraid of diving in or not knowing how to dive......LU and your precious guidence seems to have catapulted me into the sea.......

reading the 'Enlightening Quotes' and listening to the audio version has been 'deadly' to the remenants of illusion .......also the 'Gateless' book and the facebook site has been a burning influence......
