No, there is no ‘me’ that eye do not see, nor an “I” that eye do not see that is not just a thought/label. Eye don’t point to anything. there is no “I” to point to/touch.

No, the ego is not separate from Life or Sylvia. Eye cannot point to the ego.

Eye see that there is no will-er and that eye have no control over anyone or their experiences, including my experiences. Therefore, nothing to describe. Just a word that was often spoken without full comprehension of the depths of it, till eye just “looked”.

This has improved and still is improving. Yes, eye am able to see that these things are not personal and are just *life* “happening” and that eye have no control.

ah, okay! :) Now the question registers clearly :) No eye do not identify with or believe "I am" this body nor that this body is "me". eye will check later at home if there's more waiting for me!

Yes, eye see beyond a shadow of a doubt that there’s no “me” in reality, never has been nor ever will be - and that “I” is just a thought/label/imaginary

Now and then resistance arises - but it only takes looking again. Yet, there is no slight doubt arising at all.
Seeing life just happening, and doing is much more pleasant!

As there is no doubt, I offer you the following questions again. I know you've answered them before, and ask you to answer again from your current awareness. Take your time, and answer in detail from your direct experience, please.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.

3) How does it feel to see this? describe in detail.

4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.

5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?

7) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?

Hi Nona! How are things? :)
Sorry for not elaborating as much as could have been. Thoughts were arising that perhaps this one was writing too much earlier :p Here it goes in as much detail as eye can “see”.

1)Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? how about self, is there anything that is separate from everything else?

There is not a “me” anywhere at all in any shape, form or fashion. There is just awareness, thoughts, the mind, the senses, that which can see but can not be seen, nor touched, experiencing life through this body’s 5 senses and “others” bodies, as well through other “things”. There is no-thing, no others, that are separate from everything else. All is life infinitely experiencing itself, ever flowing – without depth!

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.

The illusion of separate self is the “I” – “me” - the mind believing that the body is “I” – “Me”, existing outside of the whole of all that is “life”. From experience, eye see that “I”, an imaginary character, was given a name to be identified by, which equals a label, which leads to belief of separation. Throughout life, in school, Sylvia and others were separated in lines by height, had sexual genders separated by colors of pink & blue. In many years to follow, Sylvia has been asked to circle or put a checkmark in a box for (Gender, race, religion, salary, marital status, Title (Ms./Mrs.) etc on certain forms and applications– further causing the mind to believe in more separation/uniqueness.

3) How does it feel to see this? describe in detail.

Still in awe of it all and seeing what eye see . At times it is still perceived as a bit creepy when thoughts arise that there is no me and that “I” is just a thought as well - and looking at others as the thoughts that “they are” (and many unaware of it) … the mind is just blown! But it is a *slow unfolding* every day, as more is revealed by what is experienced, such as attitudes from others don’t cause feelings of stress to arise as much as before beginning this journey.

4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.

It is my desire for all who eye know of, to hear about this and go through it. The (now two) “others” that eye attempted to describe this to, are at a total loss based on my description lol - sooo eye will, from now on, just describe it to them by saying “a wonderful new way of looking at life has truly opened the eyes to something so spectacular and moving, that eye cannot do it justice trying to explain it”. Then eye would give them the link to LU and tell them to just dive in. Eye don’t see that guiding is a strong point for this one yet lol :p perhaps driving them bananas with the tongue-twister rollercoaster eye put them on ;)

5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?

Each time it seems like the last bit, there’s a new bit (: It’s still gradual with me. The U.N. Summit Is going on near my job this week and while out to lunch, yesterday, feelings of irritation began arising from all the police sirens and diplomat cars speeding, traffic horns loudly honking, loud music being played on someone’s car stereo that was sat in gridlock, the lunch crowd of people around this one, chattering, laughing, talking on cell phones (crowds and especially loud noise) cause horrible feelings of annoyance to arise, BIG time! Eye always try to shut it or get away quickly as possible. This time the ears just listened as the sounds blended into one another, not taking turns, yet were still discernible and as others walked toward or away from “me”, at their various paces, and this body, with a slow, roaming walk, it all began to be as if eye was stood in the middle of a dance of life, just doing, happening, making noise, and “life” enjoying and not enjoying it. eye was apart of all of it, yet “I” was nowhere to be seen. It was quite a 180 of sitting in the backyard and listening to nature and the birds!

When eye say “I”, eye refer to the label Sylvia, the imaginary, never-ending-story that the mind /ego believes to be real

7) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?

There is just life, “experiencing”
