Ok, you pointed to the upper chest area of the body. Do you SEE(with the eyes/open them) any entity called "I" ? Look. Describe what you SEE please.

I find this hard to answer, its just a feeling of "stuck" but when I look closer at the feeling it looses up and dissapears. But then start to think about it and come to the conclusion that its the mind that is stuck.

I Just see the sense of self, or I sense it to be more accurate. I dont see a self or I ,but sense it.

Also I would like to clarify what is meant by "senses". I am referring to the 5 senses of, sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing. Notice , these are ALL direct experience "senses" , NOT thinking opinions that you believe you sense.

It just loops :/ I see the stuckness, then see thru it then mind goes,"ok, nothing here, now what" And the stuckness is back. There is nothing to say about whats behind the feeling, just another feeling. Sometimes the same one returns or is replaced by onother feeling.

Intrestign! No, I cant see an I. But the feeling that I is looking. So yes there is an assumption that the I is there. But it´s more of a knowing than an assumption, thats how real it feels.
But no I cant see I.

huh? Don´t see what u mean. I see that stuff is atomatic, this however is not liberating. There is a me, seeing this so to speak. I see that emotions come from thoughts, this is not liberating also. I see there is nothing behind the emotions yet I feel im suffering from them.

I just wish i could see that clearly. I have moment where it feels like im free, but then also i get back into beeing "me" I dont know what thats about. But it seems more like im beliving there is no self and that creates its own experience. But its not solid or sustanable so it cant be the real thing.

I must think out loud now.

Here I am, I cant see no self becuse theres nothing to see. How can I see something thats not there!
Thoughts come from stimulus and from other thoughts, thoughts also create emotions. And there is no me in that center. Its al conditioning. What i dont get is what is beeliving in thoughts? The attention... how come there´s focus...what focuses? Is focus also conditiond?

Sesnations I dont get, the body sensation is not a feelign, its always there....well almost always, no, now that i think about it, acctually its only there when I focus on it. I have this sense/feeling/knowing that Im here, the center..

But when I look, i only see the parts, thought, feeling sensation..center is a kind of nothing....mind insists, that im here..feel stuck.. looking at stuckness, bringig it closer it evapourates..body sensation comes into awerness.

Al this is shifting al the time, it flows... new expierinces take place, or the older ones loop...

U say im close only a thought of stuck is in the way... hmm..

Is that it, is that my last trap? Why Is belife in that im here so convincing..aaaaah. Trying to think back, thinking my drug use in past makes this impossible, another story.

I feel im getting closer, yet im not. Something´s there. No aha, momont.. It´s more like im in the center again seeing al this happening in my experince.. Ahhh, tiring.

correct, you cannot see it because it does not exist and never has. "I" is a figment of the imagination and conditioning of the mind.

You are there, you have always been there. Is there an ,"I" anywhere ? Has there ever been an "I" ?

Hey Vladi : )) sorry to hear you're not feeling "powered up" . Sounds like this is taking a lot out of you physically. So let's look at that and what it points to , ok ?


What is this, " something happening behind my eyes" what does that mean exactly...please describe it in detail.

Also...we've talked a little about the 'stuckness' and I've wanted to ask you this question but other things needed addressing more. " Stuckness " is defensive . That defense is a survival instinct that the ego throws out to protect you.
What is it protecting you from ? What do you fear losing if Awakening...honestly ?

Please take your time answering these questions. They are key to you moving forward ,so look closely . Do not hold back and describe what comes up please.

You are doing really well. Just keep looking into these things. They are the key to unlocking "Stuckness" !
