I think I am getting it, often times it happens when the mind is quiet and I realize movement is happening all the time without thought, I'm looking at it instead of thinking about it.
I've also bought Ilona's book 'Liberation Unleashed', that has been helping a lot, and I will look into the book you mentioned. The study you mention also provides a lot of insight, proving that the body and brain are doing what it does outside the realm of 'thought', thinking is just plastered on top of it.

Excellent!
We are looking for ca shift in perception.
So, here is a pointer that may force you to look, not think:
ButtChair
Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
It is simple direct & nonverbal. Just LOOK.
Then write what is true.
I did only this and nothing else for 3 months and then saw. It crept up on me while I was sitting at a stoplight. Seeing often happens when we are simply relaxed and looking. I should say, it ONLY happens when we are relaxed and LOOKING. All of this thinking is useless. Truly.

Did this quite a few times, the only answer I can come up with is there's no division border, just the sensation of pressure

Yes, exactly.
How does it FEEL to see this?
Are you aware if any tension or relaxation?

Honestly I don't feel anything about it, it's just is and I'm ok with that. There was mental tension initially in having to find a dividing line, but just looking and accepting there's a sensation there feels ok.

Keep checking your gut until you identify a Sensation.
It's there in every human being. It's important.

I've been trying it, maybe I'm overthinking it because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be feeling. When I stop thinking there's a feeling of peace, quiet and oneness as I just look at the sensation, I don't know if that's what I'm supposed to feel or not.

Lies are usually felt in the heart or solar plexus as a contraction that we may label as tight, heavy or tense.
In contrast, truth is usually expansive. We may call it loose, light or relaxed.
When I stop thinking there's a feeling of peace, quiet and oneness as I just look at the sensation,
Yes. Thinking is not helpful at all. Just LOOK.
We're looking for a shift in perception.
From an email from Ilona
Nothing dramatic happened.
There were no fireworks.
No permanent bliss states.
No sudden personality changes.
And yet, something shifted.
Here are a few things people said afterwards:
“I’m not fighting my experience anymore. There’s more space around everything.”
“I expected something big to happen. Instead, life feels simpler and I trust myself more.”
“There’s less urgency. The seeking has softened.”
This is the kind of shift this work supports.
