Yes. It is the *content* of a thought.
So, it's made up & not Direct Experience.
Can you see that?

Okay, we are going tobdon this for ac while.
This is the only pointer Ilona gave me when I was guided here. i practiced this for about 3 months. I call it:
ButtChair
Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
It is simple direct & nonverbal. Just LOOK.
Then write what is true.

Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
I can't find any beginning or end in my DE on the chair.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
There is only the sensation of pressure on my flesh. No clear division.

Hi Stacy, I haven't heard from you in a few days – just checking in. I've been continuing with the ButtChair exercise and sitting with what's here. Hope you're well. Warmly, Deni

Hi Deni
Not sure how I missed that. Maybe I didn't get the notification.
Yes, continue with ButtChsir. It took 3 months but it worked for me. Seeing no separation helps you to see there's no "self." You've got it.
Post here about it even if it's the same.

Hi Stacy, how often do you recommend to do the buttchair exercise? Like three times for 10 minutes per day for example? Recently, I saw a glimpse of how my mind works and how it discerns from the direct experience when I stick with the senses.
Warmly,

Great.
When it feels right. Meaning a relaxed gut feeling, not tense. Daily mostly.
