What is found?
Thinking about lying politicians , it is very tangible for me right now, when you hear it , feel your heart is racing and chest is tight, sense of heat in face and chest, would interpret these sensations as anger !
A more subtle example, when I don’t believe in something but to avoid others’ judgments or others’ angry reactions … I pretend or lie , not showing my real opinion , not announcing my stand point to avoid conflict …inside , whenever this happens , my heart rate is raised and I can feel it in my chest, want to say something but out of conservatism or trying to manage any conflict I stop myself, sense of lack of oxygen , such as asthma, I would interpret it as anxiety and sense of guilt….

Certainly when you say the truth , when you are honest to yourself and not trying to fool yourself , you may feel challenged at first but it is calming and liberating too.sense of lightness and dropping the weight of your shoulders. This is felt during direct perception exercises in a very subtle way. Just like a light at the end of a tunnel.

Hootan

Good.

Now this:

Label-Reality Correlation

There is a belief that labels have a one-to-one correspondence with ‘reality’. But there isn’t. Just like it is a generally accepted belief that labels like ‘good’ and ‘bad’ are inherent characteristics of ‘things’. But actually, they are not.

When you look at the word label ‘GREEN' , what is the actual experience?

Is the color red ‘experienced’, or is the color green ‘experienced’ as the label suggests?

Does the label ‘GREEN’ have a one-to-one correspondence with ‘reality’? Or does the label suggest something else other than what is here now (red colour)?

Is 'green' associated in any way with the experience of the colour red; or is green just a label that overlays the actual experience of red?

If the label ‘GREEN’ is replaced with the label ‘GOOD’ or ‘BAD’ , is the redness affected in any way as the labels suggests?

Does redness become ‘good’ or ‘bad’, or do the labels have no affect whatsoever on ‘reality’?

Let me know what is SEEN.

Keep replies simple. Short & sweet. The rest is just thinking.
