I'm lost.

Mind doesn't make sense.

Life is in full bloom.

But mind is absurd.

Mind should be absent.

Make peace with everyone.
Make peace with everything.
Make peace with every mistake.
Make peace with every decision.
Make peace.

I am with you! Feel me. I am here for you.

**Peace**—yes, this is what we are looking for.

But notice… is peace ever separate from power and joy?

Notice that you can find peace:
- When you rest at home -now
- When you rest without playing any role-now
- When you rest in power and joy-now

**Sat-Chit-Ananda.** -now

And notice—every *“Yes, but…”* is just the mind starting a new role or continuing an old one.

And you have the power to choose—to stop acting as a persona, as *somebody*, and to rest in power and joy as **No-body**—the name of God -now.

Could it be good to read the entire topic before I get enlightened?

My mother is screaming and quarrel every morning,
Is she an illusion?
I mean that every ego is an illusion, not only mine.
How to look at the non enlightened people?

I love your question!
"My mother is screaming and quarreling every morning. Is she an illusion?"
You are dreaming her. What is the feeling when this is happening?
"I mean that every ego is an illusion, not only mine. How should I look at non-enlightened people?"
Notice your own experience of ego—is there anything more than a set of caring programs running?
Ego finds happiness when it sees you as vastness, freedom, and pleasure itself.
Ego is not happy when it has to take care of an imagined little persona 24/7.
"Would it be good to read the entire topic before I get enlightened?"
The door you are looking for is your "me," your sense of separate self.
Notice "What is this 'me' protecting me from? Who am I without it?"

So much love to you,
Lubo

I am dreaming her? We need to elaborate.
There is only one light that illuminates all—women, men, or anything else.
So the Universe is impersonal?
The Universe is One without a second, yet there appear to be infinite individuals. But are they the light itself?

Look at yourself—you are dreaming that you are this persona. But are you really? Notice that there is no separate persona, only **You**—the Universe, the Luminous Darkness.

With your eyes closed, feel the sense of home. Notice the luminous darkness behind the eyes. Can the eyes, which cannot see themselves, be someone?

Rest at home. Cut the attachment to the "me" identification, and you will be free—forever, instantly.

Love,
Lubo

Good morning, Bartek,

I'm in Colorado in the US. Mountain time.

You've been at this for a long time. I've read a lot of your posts. You are still learning what it means to LOOK not think. And I read that you have some fears.

Lubo may have mentioned Ilona's video on Deep Looking at Fear. I don't see it posted, but maybe he emailed it. Please practice these & reply here about what is found.

https://youtu.be/jKX1llYtlKE?si=jHXuuyyVtp7c-1R2

And this one:

https://youtu.be/fSTT8nc8cvQ?si=Alcukpbi7SUlXpfi

Also, here is an anxiety exercise that focuses a person in the present, and in a part of the brain that cannot do anxiety. Basically, go through each sense and say (or think) "I see/ hear/ feel/ taste/ touch ______________." A minute or two of each and usually anxiety is gone.

I see the couch.
I see the keyboard.
I see the glass. Etc.

I hear the train.
I hear the keys clacking.
I hear my breath. Etc.

I feel the couch under my butt.
I feel my fingers on the keys.
I feel the cold air. Etc.

I taste a metallic taste in my mouth.
I taste the coffee.
I taste the food. Etc.

I smell the humidity in the air.
I smell my husband's shampoo.
I smell the soap. Etc.

As far as I can tell, the only time this doesn't work is when someone won't do it.

Do that in the moment when you notice fear.

Post here about your experience.

I want to remind you about Direct Experience.

This is how to LOOK for no self in the exercises - we call them "pointers' - that we will be doing here:

Colored Socks

There is a big difference between knowing that there is nothing to give up and seeing that there is nothing to give up.

Here is an example to illustrate the difference:

If I ask you what color socks you are wearing right now you have two ways to come up with an answer:

• You can think about it, you can think back to this morning and try to remember putting your socks on, and you can probably tell me what color you think they are.

• Alternatively, you can take a quick look at your socks and tell me what color they actually are!

Hopefully you would agree that you can only be 100% certain by looking.

For the purpose of seeing this "no self" idea, it is very important that you are clear about this difference.

Knowing is about knowledge which is all in the mind and we are not interested in that

We are only interested in looking at and seeing what is actually going on in your present moment-to-moment experience. We are only interested in your Direct Experience in the moment..

Direct or Actual Experience is

Seeing
Hearing
Feeling (Sensation, not emotion. Emotion is Sensation plus made-up thoughts & labels)
Tasting
Smelling
Thoughts Arising (but not their content)

Please let me know if you are clear about this or if you would like any further clarification.

Loving,

I can't see myself, because I am the witness which can't be seen.

You can't bite your own teeth.

Did you watch the videos on fear? What Direct Experience did you have there?
I can't see myself, because I am the witness which can't be seen.
Maybe. Please don't repeat things you have heard. Stick to Direct Experience of the 5 senses.

Did you mention that you've done Headless Way? Some people wake up through that. Remember, don't tell me what you have thought or what you have read. LOOK and write what you SEE.

Headless Way

Have a look around you. You can see colours of the room, of your 'feet’, of your ‘knees’, of your ‘chest’ and perhaps of your 'hands'.

Now point a finger towards the place where others see your head and face.

What do you see? Do you see your face? Do you see your head?

Do you see anything at all there - any colors, shapes, or any movement?

Looking into the place where others see your face, do you see colors or shapes there?

What do you find?
